Who's going to help me out here ! London reds, I desperately need your help.

Myself and the missus need to get out of this house-share yesterday. We're looking to rent a 1 bedroom flat, preferably in South East London and we're looking for an arrangement where we don't have to pay a deposit......simply because we don't have it.

Sounds like a lot to ask ? You better feckin believe it, but if I don't ask I've no chance of finding out if help is at hand.

Our budget is between £600 - £800 per month, and obviously we'd have our bills on top of that.

Who's up for helping the kinkster ? I'll write you a song ?

I have loads of room and for 800 quid sterling on the first of every month, there's little I wouldn't do.

You got no chance without the deposit Kinks. Unless you find yourself a landlord who's too dodgy to do things by the book (see above)

Ah I know man. It's a total shot in the dark. We had a place offered to us deposit free in Lewisham and it was through a girl I work with. Her mate and her husband wanted to go travel about the place so they asked us to look at it. At the time it was too pricey, but looking back on it, I'd jump at the chance right now if I could wind back time.

You realise that you are paying for the avoidance of the shite we've had to put up with over the past year and a half. I'd have no problem paying that bit more now

Move up to St. Helens and you and your misses can live under my stairs. It's a bit cramped, and it has shoeboxes and a gas meter taking up space.

Pros - no deposit and I only charge with services.
