Send a message via MSN to Cornell
You might've seen me on Survivor:The Australian Outback.

Plenty of spear fishing.

i once foul hooked a fish in its side and had to kill it afterwards. it is effectively the same as spearing it. i never felt cooler to be honest. i recommend it.

why go to the hassle of finding a brook. the local garden centre normally has fish. or you could use the fishmonger counter at a local asda.

I've got to put some effort into it

However I have quite a large fishtank at home with a number of fish in it.

Could possibly try squeezing myself into that?

so its between the brook with a sharp stick or the fish tank with a cocktail stick.

My only concern with the fish tank is getting stuck

just say i squeezed into the tank in my speedos, cocktail stick in hand and then got stuck.

This needs serious thought

Yeah i find them in there all the time, looking for bog roll that's in a decent enough state to dry up and re-use.

These scouse shits don't know where to draw the line

I've done it, it's great fun.

One word of advice, looking at fish through a mask magnifies them, big time. Which means you can end up feeling like a bit of a cnut, after spearing what looks like a massive fish, only to discover you've actually murdered some 3-inch long, baby Nemo lookalike.

Most people who get taken by sharks are spear fisherman as opposed to surfers.......the blood and movement of a dying fish on the end of your spear really attracts the big biters!

So go for it!

Me.....?

I am staying put on land and watching the fun!
