Well look, if you don't believe me then don't read my posts. Even if I were making it all up this is the transfer rumour thread.

I said we weren't getting gaitan well before all the denials and brought up kagawa before he was linked in bild.

How about you have a go then? Put your nuts on the line and give me some transfers straight from the papers.

And yes, m'vila had been linked to them for a long time.

How about you give us another one, something slightly less obvious. I'll see your hazard to city and raise you clint Dempsey to everton.

M'Vila to Arse would be very good. Looks like Wenger has learnt from his bargain basement shopping on the last day of last season and is actually planning ahead. Wenger actually learning from a mistake is a historic moment.

How is me copying and pasting rumours from the papers 'putting my nuts on the line'? I don't think I'm an ITK. I have no interest in getting involved in some sort of transfer spazzer sweepstake.

I commented because you're not even trying anymore. Now you're just repeating things you've read in the paper. A proper fake ITK will keep that shit fresh.

The Kagawa thread that was linked was started in 2010, seems there have been links to him and England and him and United since that time.

That M'Vila to Arsenal stuff is originated from an Arsenal blogger. Could be true but then again I also read that Mata to Arsenal was done.

Dempsey to Everton was revealed by GrandOldTeam forum twitter about a month ago. No idea if it's true.

Dude, you spend far too much time recording originations of transfer stories.

As I may have mentioned, I have a connection close to the top of Liverpool, so I'm aware of what's going on there right now. Interesting times.

You're doing Pogue an injustice. Sometimes he stays in the same thread being sarcastic and bitching at people.

Well through this season, all that I've been aware of is this:

In January, Dalglish wanted to sign another forward(I know not who) but it was vetoed by the club. The owner, Chief-Exec, and Dalglish have to agree on a transfer before it can be made. Dalglish has 2 votes, whilst the former two only have one each. This means a transfer can only be vetoed if both of the other two are firmly opposed to it.

Right now, apparently the same issue is happening. Dalglish has submitted a shortlist to the club but there won't be any movement until his future has been decided. My 'source' who is present at various board meetings at the club claims that he probably won't be around much longer and might be moved into an advisory role.

Wouldn't surprise me. Liverpool's tradition of sticking with the manager come hell or high water probably won't weigh with FSW. They've given him a lot of money, and he's pissed it away on overpriced English mediocrity.

Can anyone reasonable list what our most realistic targets might be? Fergie mentioned a maximum of three.

I'd guess Clyne and Hazard are two. Fergie said to expect maybe 2 or 3 signings, but we'll probably have a few targets for each area.

Clyne, Strootman and Kagawa seem plausible. Id love Martinez, Hazard/Munain and Llorente but seems far fetched

Clyne
Another young player like a Butland or Powell
Kagawa or someone else ready to go straight into the team

Thats about all we should realistically expect

I suspect we'll purchase an old sack that used to hold potatoes but is now empty, a three-legged dog with one eye named Lucky, and Stephen Ireland.

That's all we deserve.

My ITK source says we will announce that the supposed debt interest payments have actually been used to find the fountain of youth. Then we unveil an 18 year old Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and Roy Keane.

There are murmurings that Dzeko may be off this summer to seek more playing time. Adebayor is also likely to be moved on IMO.

With the wages they're on, it's going to be a monumental task for City to rid themselves of unwanted players.
