LETS OFFER 26 MILLION POUNDS FOR RONNIE
Lets not forget we have lost Becks so we need a player to add the extra charm we have lost. we know that kewell will be a better ploy but you know ronnie will always be in the opposition defenders mind and thats some thing we need too. when kenyon send we wont spend on big money transfers we hadnt sold becks now we have that extra bit of money lets use it. real have offered 24 million puonds 35 mill euros lets offer 26 million 1 more that what we got from becks. not a bad deal considering the fact that we were talking 15 million before becks left. talking of aimar i would love to see him come but someone posted he is priced at 23million pounds. AND LETS NOT LET RONNIE SLIP TO REAL!!!!! <img src="graemlins/devil.gif" border="0" alt="[Devil]" />

Don't get carried away. Ronaldinho is less crucial to us than an experienced defender or cover and eventual replacement for Gary Neville. Another leftback to free up O'Shea for that eventual central midfield role wouldn't go amiss either. Ronaldinho is supposed to solve our second striker problem, but that could just as easily be solved by prising Kluivert away from Barcelona for a knock down price.
Everything is relative and no one player is essential. With the possible exception of Ruud. |

£26 million would make an absolute mockery of our "£14 million and no higher" stance. The board would have no credibility left when it comes to dealing with transfers. We should pull and and show we won't be screwed on the price.

I don't think Ferguson has a clue anymore. Way back he used his scouts to great affect, Keane... Bargain from Forest, Solskjaer... how much? couple of hundred thousand!!!! hmmmm, Ronny Johnson, bargain again! Who had heard of the two Norwegians, I certainly Hadn't and look how good they were and still are. Sheringham... enough said! Long live Teddy!!!!
Then he decides to get commercial, Van Nistelrooy yes was a steal but Rio for 30 mil and Veron for 28 mil! thats a joke! far too much to pay for a donkey and a player who is too scared to commit in midfield. |

Ronaldinho has done sweet fuck all for his club and scored one wonder goal, big deal. PSG haven't been contending with the big clubs for years, shows how good Ronny is eh?
First get a centre back to win the ball instead of Ferdinand getting caught out of position and getting skinned by the likes of Ronaldo. Then a left back to free silvestre to the middle. And buy someone like Kluivert, Ibrahimovic or even Kezman, all quality players to run off Ruud. And to replace Beckham how about Van Der Meyde or Robbin from PSV. Cheap and young, full of spirit and ambition, get a bit of the hunger and youth back in the team! |

i agree with the majority here- tell PSG to fuck off and Ronaldinho can fuck off and rot in real's reserves too. i defs wouldnt pay more that £10-13million for him- clubs are just trying to exploit man u as they r the richest club.
get any combination OR ALL of these: Kewell, Robinson, Gallas (or ayala/southgate etc), howard, djemba-djemba and Kluivert for about £20-25million or spend £30million on Ronnie? easy decision in my books. this transfer has dragged out too much- time to move on and stregthen the squad!! |

So if you two are so fucking smart who do you suggest they buy? An overrated Brazilian twat who looks as much of a Donkey as Rio is at the back. Maybe your just trying to pair them off!!!!!
All I've heard from you lot is how you hate Beckham, well we'll see how much money United lose from his merchandising and how much Madrid gain from it. You can't turn your back on him considreing what he has done for the club. At least the guy from Derry knows what he's talking about! And so what if that was a great memory for me, I was sitting with my mates in Aberdeen watching the match, absolutely steaming, the only United supporter listening to how much of a useless fuck Beckham was. And he comes on to score TWO and United at least get some credit for winning one of the two ties. So Fuck off you ignorant queer! |

i agree with RossAndrew. selling becks was a mistake- but we know by now fergie doesnt take ANY shit- ince, kanchelskis, yorke, stam and now becks. nobody is bigger than the team except Fergie. so we've gotty get on with it. the pressure's on SAF to come up trumps in the transfer market again with a few more successes like ruud, mickey and the old skool (ole, ronnie j, schmeicel etc)!!!
i'm starting to get so worried i am now getting up before 4pm (well i am a student) to check ceefax and sky sports news!!! |

NUTS !!
No way we gonna pay that for him ... NO WAY !! Kewell for 7mil and Ronnie = 31mil ... what a crazy PSG bustard !! They just don't have the intention to make the deal ... From the lines I read, it seems that they are quite pissed off with the development of which only Ronnie's agent/brother is making the talk for Man Utd so far ... If the Real Madrid offer is true, then of course they would like to see that happen instead ... They get more $ guaranteed and yet, keeping Ronnie for another season while looking for alternatives ... Forget *** anything above 14mil !! |

It's already not the first, second or third time we fuck up in transfer market. Buying Rio for 30m is too generous at best. Selling Beckham to Real for 25m is already a big gift hang to Real (I bet Real can earn back all the transfer fee on Becks within two years). Now if the speculation is true we are going to yet again give ridiculous money for Ronnie.
But then, at least I think half of the people here (those hard-core fans) will say how this is a good business after we really sign Ronnie for 25m. |
