Sorry forgot to mention the exceptions.

I can also remember Malouda being linked with them first.

No, Malouda was a typical Summer link for us for a long time. Then they moved for him and signed him briefly, the rest is history. He's not a bad player at all, just doesn't suit Premiership at all - maybe at a smaller club like Everton he would be a success, but expectations are too high at Chelsea.

It's all true.

With the behaviour in here, you'd be well within your rights

That is true. I can't see us signing big. But who knows what Fergie is thinking. Last summer evryone thought having 5 central midfielder was too much and one, (Flecther) as liekly to leave. But SAF found a way of keeping all happy. So he might well sign a high profile fella and do the same. As in keep all the fullbacks happy.

Why do they seem to have an obsession with right-backs?

Johnson (now at Portsmouth)

The fact remains, that should Chelsea decide to play a spoiling game, by bagging talents that they know their main rivals are interested in, they are the only club with the disposable income to indulge this. wern't Arsenal interested in Wright Phllips?

Midfield and up top Fergie is known to like fiddling about with if he has options especially later on in the season but one thing he rarely does is rotate at the back unless it is absolutely necessary so it won't be so easy. Also when your club captain is one of those players who might be rotated it doesn't sound like something he would do.

Why would Chelsea just go out and buy any player that has been likned with us?I mean that makes no sense and is completely stupid and unprofessional.

I mean Chelsea would rather hire world class scouts and sign players that would actually fit in their team rather than signing someone who has been linked with United just for the sake of it.
are you sure?
do you really think that slippery pete doesnt secretly want the destruction of our great club? its about power and money..if there was no man utd there would be all those fans and merchandise sales..that is the mentality of that back stabbing cunt.

we should put preliminary bids in on around 50 players at each transfere window, that would confuse the corrupt twats... but abromobitch would probably just buy them all anyway and loan them all out

True. But Rio might become the new captain next season. Which could change everything. We shall have to wait and see. Brown's stay though suggest we might no get a new fullback. Unless Silvestre leaves and Evans take sup his role. Which would leave Brown to cover center back again.

Could be the case but I can't see Fergie stripping Neville of the captaincy unless there are some serious concerns as to whether he can stay fit. Fergie has for me shown a lot of leniency towards that class of 92 and for him to strip Neville of it would be quite shocking for me.

True. But Fergie has been known in the past for such stunning decisions. So I wouldn't put it past him.
