As nervy as we’ve been, we’ve looked less nervy than City at home against Liverpool. Good stuff.

    Full-time

Well that was a both entertaining and nerve wracking game! After we led at the break Spurs threw everything at in the second-half and if not for the incredible heroics of David De Gea they would have got a draw, or probably even won this one.

This was labelled the first proper test of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Manchester United and I think we can say he gets high marks. We setup to counter-attack in the first-half and did so devastatingly at times, ultimately leading to Rashford's winning goal just before the break.

In the second-half we had some chances to extend our lead but as the game went on we dropped deeper and deeper as Spurs took total control of the game. Chance after chance came their way but De Gea would not be beaten.

A big big win for us that sees us go level on points with Arsenal in fifth. Chelsea still remain six points ahead of us in fourth.

    Tottenham 0:1 Man Utd - Rashford (45')

Two world-class goalkeepers with different strengths. De Geas shot-stopping is better than Schmeichels while Schmeichel had better distribution and leadership.

Better team lost but that's what having the world's best GK can do for you sometimes.

Your biggest problem was your usually prolific forward players looking off the pace.
