RedCafe.net Podcast – Episode #88

November 26th, 2011

Coming up on episode 88 of the RedCafe.net podcast, Steve, Dan and Dov look back at the previous month’s action that started with the disastrous defeat to City.

United We Stand editor Andy Mitten joins us to discuss his new book United! United!, whilst also reflecting on the Red Devils’ start to the new season, Ferguson’s potential successor and David de Gea’s world class potential, amongst many other engaging topics.

Dan dons the earmuffs for the month’s Twitter round-up and, as well as the other regular features including Club Cabbage and Reserves Review, the lads ponder just how costly it could be for the Red Devils to finish second in Champions League Group C.

I've never actually listened to this.

Is it a similar sort of thing to Over the Bar?

  3. I have no idea who any of these people are.

  4. Mike's a cock for letting OTB die.

Oh... Anyone care to tell me what they think of this then? A quick review?

Good luck finding someone whose listened to it.

I've said before, it should be more centred on the actual caf, maybe involve one or two of the regular posters, discuss some of the topics brought up in threads and some of the goings on on the forum and people might give it a listen.

As it is its just a generic football podcast labelled 'redcafe'.

  7. I suspect Niall's getting a small slice of the pie.

With each podcast getting over 8,000 people downloading it Im sure someone can offer a quick review.

And as we said before, we tried getting people on but the interest is not there and trying to do a podcast around what is spoken about on a forum is difficult unless you just want us to read out what you and everyone else wrote here.

We did try it ... ages ago but it doesnt work well. Something that is good on a forum doesnt necessarily translate well in audio.
