Expect even more of a defensive display seeing as we'll be missing our best center backs.

So Jones and Smalling pairing or Smalling and Blind? The Eric Bailly red was the stupidest mistake we could have afforded.

Ajax are good at attacking but terrible at the back. We can win this

Tbf I think I'd prefer 4 in 10 than a game 10 days away. Southampton game could be good prep for the final first team.

Ajax just nearly bottled a 3 goal lead, also had a player sent off.

    We can definitely win this.

Fellaini to win it with an overhead kick in the 93rd minute. Written in the stars.

    No Baily Rojo or Zlatan.

Just praying for no more injuries and our centre backs to step up.

Jones and Smalling at CB, and Martial replacing Lingard.

Wrap Smalling and Jones in bubble-wrap please. Would rather Blind be at LB and have a proper fullback out there.

Smalling and Blind would be my pick based on their partnership last season

Forget the league. Play the under 21's if need be and rest everyone for this final.

    No Bailly or Rojo :(

Come on United! Incredible that we made it.

I expect us to play just as bad as tonight but, so long as we get the win at this point, so be it.

Bailey will be a huge miss for us and has taken the gloss of the final for me (i know i know) but if there is one player i would not like to see miss a final its him. Now we'll have Jones or Smalling play instead... yay

This is exactly the underestimation that we should watch out for.
I honestly think Sanchez is a better defender than Smalling or Jones, Ziyech has an amazing passing ability and Onana is a ninja in goal.
We have to put pressure ourselves because apart from Sanchez their defense isn't the best.

I can't look forward to this. We have been dreadful recently and we need some Ibra magic to save us.

I guess I'll feel better tomorrow but feck, we can't keep letting shit like today happen all the time.

Never seen a single Ajax game this season. How have they played so far? I know they aren't afraid of scoring goals. Are they better than us?
