Since you have editing permission can you give me an example of their use?
Alright, I'm being quoted now!
Go back to Alan's page and see what I've done with your first mention of Ruud Van Nistelrooy...you can now click on his name to be taken to his profile...Like on Wikipedia
Also all the lads on here who shag supermodels on a regular basis will also say he wasn't fit to grace the shirt blah blah blah. Please recognise we can't all shag supermodels, and not all of our team are superstars. We need good squad players as well.
Total admiration for his dedication and desire to succeed at United. I called his signing a year before he joined us, knowing that he has that United will. Circumstances did not go to his favor, due to the Rooney signing, injury, midfield experiment (which I thought was justified) but you can never overlook the fact that he was dedicated to give a 110% performance every time he had our shirt on.
We had hard time replacing Keane. Djemba and Kleberson were shit. Alan was miles better than either of them, even when the DM was not his original position. So you can see how his talent allowed him to adapt to the new position. Was not stellar, but had it been not for the injury, he might have gotten much better at it.
Cheers. I see what you do there. (See what I did there?).
Ironically I wrote the RVN one as well.
I edit Wikipedia, so I know a lot of advanced stuff like templates, if anyone wants help.
Smith > Rooney
Lets see you avoid the cafe now you dramatic tart.
Love it !!!
He turned quite poor alarmingly fast after he left us.
While he was here I always thought he linked up really well with Rooney.
Was shite for us.
No goals for Newcastle yet.
1 goal in about 5 years. Shocking.
The best striker to partner Wayne Rooney..bar none. You could see the chemistry flowing between these two..
I'm hoping to see Smudge back in the EPL next year..
Smith did a fantastic job for us.
He stood up to the backlash of his boyhood club to play for us.
Will always have my respect for that.
He wrecked his career for our cause. I will always respect him for that.
He was a big bag of wank.
Not helped by Fergie's bizarre decision to play him centre mid when the poor lad clearly had neither the brains nor the skill to play there.
But a big bag of wank nevertheless.
Oh, and he looked like Lesley fucking Ash.
Will never ever understand the stupidity of trying to turn smith into a keano. Doesn't mean a player can run around and put himself about means he can be a box-to-box centre mid like keano.
Will never forget his display against Chelsea, and the second (or was it third) against Roma.
That would have been the second.
He did his best for us and was obviously popular - the Smudger shirts proved that.
Generally played out of position, he always tried and never complained.
Doesn't deserve to be slagged off.
Quality player for us. Didn't like him at all before he came to us but Fergie sorted his attitude out and he grew on me. He was a real trier, like Tevez but not a complete dick.
he's at his level now.
Well said Livvie
It's quite sad to be honest.
He was fucking shit.
not enough talent Imo but second to no one when it comes to committment. And maybe that s why he got injured his fair share of injuries - including one at anfield when the ambulance was attacked by some scouse scum
Apart from the chelsea game, he played his best football for us in the early days as a striker. he clearly lacked pace but made up for it with some good finishes - unfortunately there wasn t enough of those
I liked him a lot. Like someone already said he left his boyhood club for us and went about his job as if he wasn't from Leeds. He tried his heart out even if the ability wasn't there you have to respect him for his effort alone.
United (Rooney's signing) wrecked his career.
Resembles your posting
Less talented than a Kevin Davies...he played at his best during the Leeds time
Bit of a cult heroe amongst fanboys on here but was ultimately a flop.
He'd run through a brick wall for us - just that it was better to pass instead!
Was never very good but we'll never forget the heart and guts he put into the team even if he never convinced anyone of his ability. Getting applauded by Liverpool fans after literally putting his body on the line really says it all.
Will also never forget how he led the line so well against Roma.
He set the tone that alright
Started well, scored goals as a striker. Didn't get into the team anymore with Saha, Ruud and Rooney. Bossed the midfield vs Chelsea, the new coming of Roy Keane, horrific injury vs 'pool and everything turned sour.
Some clueless twats on this site - really.
Theres more and more of them around at the moment
Has been told he can/will leave the Toon this summer
should go back to leeds.
Never liked him, didn't understand why we bought him.
He tried his best for us, just wasn't good enough although being played in midfield was bizzare. Just shows how poor we were for that couple of seasons tbh.
Separate names with a comma.
