    So much data.. I strongly feel that the best manager today is one who can handle all the vast information at his disposal and make the best decisions out of it. Much more intellectual requirement than 20 years ago.

    Implement AI techniques and machine learning to draw conclusions from the data along with human understanding and you could have a very good scouting network. I'm sure most clubs do that already.
