Think most people will look at Liverpool and choose the keeper they got from Roma. However I'll stick my neck out and go for Fred and hope it's not just wishful thinking.

I hate to say it but, Naby Keita to Liverpool looks like the best signing(even though it was agreed last summer) but, other that I would say Rodri to Atletico Madrid. But, then again the transfer window for the rest of Europe is not done yet.

Naby Keita. Jorginho a close 2nd. I hope Torreira ends up on top eventually though.

If the question was limited to EPL, then Alisson. Liverpool have addressed their biggest weakness.

I'd agree with Keita. I think F.Anderson, if used as a #10/SS, could be a bargain for West Ham, too.

Fred will have the biggest impact of all signings.

Dendoncker to Wolves is also an excellent peice of business which has flown largely under the radar, while F Anderson is a great acquisition, too.

Arthur will be the best signing for value in Europe.

In the Premier League, either Fred or Keita.

Ronaldo is going to rip Serie A to pieces for Juventus.

In the Prem; Keita and Fabinho were quality signings for Liverpool, Madisson and Soyuncu excellent signings for Leicester and Fulham have done very well to pick up players like Seri and Mawson.

If I have to pick one, I reckon Soyuncu is going to be looked back on as an incredible piece of business for 19mil.

Tadic to Ajax. Excellent signing, no idea why he went back to the Dutch league.

Yarmalenko for 17.5m or Vrsaljko to inter for 25m both would have improved our current 11.

Lenglet of Barca for 35, Malcolm for 40 are the two in world football who we'll regret missing. Think Maddison and Pererria will do well. Anderson will pull a Payet if he calms down. I'm going to also stick my neck out and say Fred will be the signing of the season in the PL.

Another point is we're going to be pissed off at the full back, CB, and right winger options picked up abroad in next two weeks.

Yarmolenko has great qualities and could take the PL by storm. Seems like a player who blows hot and cold. Interesting to follow him!

    Fabinho at Liverpool
    Bernard at Everton

Max Meyer (Palace) and Dendoncker (Wolves) could also be decent.

The PL teams have made very good signings. From the top clubs, Kovacic, Torreira and Keita i rellay expect a lot.

The rest Soyuncu, Bernard, Meyer, Anguissa, Seri,
Maddison, Anderson and Patricio all look inpressive signings

Pretty much. While there's question marks over a lot of the new arrivals in the PL, I'm pretty sure at this point that there's none over CR.

I actually think Mahrez is a great signing for a team that just walked the league last season.

Can already smell the £65m West Ham want for Felipe Anderson at the end of the season, said it for a very long time that we would of got him.

Courtois for 35m is a steal. The cheapest world class player to move clubs since I have no idea

Kante, to Chelsea (2015). Perhaps not appreciated as such until that following season.

Jorginho, Fred, Keita, Kovacic. Alisson for how much he improves them in that position.

I'd like to say you're biased but it's probably not far from the truth. I'm not sure Fabinho is the player many think he is, but Keita is great and Allison is outstanding. Shaqiri is a known quantity, but will add squad value.

If he succeeds there he will be worth a lot more than £65m I think.

Allisson solves Liverpools weakness since Reina left them.
Soyuncu for Leicester should be a top signing for them imo.
Torreira for Arsenal will stand out as one of the best CMs in the league.
Zambo Anguissa for Fulham has looked very good for Marseille. One to watch out for.
    Seri for Fulham as well.

He was actually very consistent at Kiev, scored around 15-20 goals a season for about 6 seasons in a row, 35 goals in 77 for the NT.

I think he's a comfort zone player though and doubt he would have moved were it not for the political situation in Ukraine and the club needing the money. I don't know if i'd call him an outright flop at Dortmund, because he was injured half the season and did start well enough, but when the team started struggling he didn't seem mentally up for it and started missing a lot of easy chances and not pulling his weight within their pressing system. It didn't seem to be a "better league, better defenders" issue so much as a mental one, as a lot of the chances were genuine sitters he had already done the hard work to get into position for. Though never super clinical, he's never been a poor finisher like that before.

I don't know if he left because Favre didn't want him, or if it was entirely his own choice but jumping ship so soon and the way he played at Dortmund makes me wonder if he's really willing to put in the work. He was allowed to get away without doing much defensive work with DK and obviously struggled with that extra responsibility at Dortmund, plus i'd say he's also too slow and one footed to just fit into any set-up as a wide forward at this level, West Ham will need to have a good idea on how to get the best out of him tactically.

This is likely a make or break season for him, it'll be interesting to see how he responds.

Yeah. I don't know if he's going to to be the best signing but without him it would be much more difficult for Sarri to get the team playing the way he wants.

Dalot when hes fit hes going to tear full backs a new arse.
Fred because he will manage the transition from defence to attack in his sleep.
