hate bayern, hate madrid, and even hate chelsea more but still like ronaldo so to see him winning his second CL is the best thing i can hope for now.

I just hope the winner beats Chelsea. I wouldn't mind Ronaldo winning the CL but that would mean Real getting to 10 which is just ridiculous compared to everyone else (and more than 3 times our tally!). I said at the start of the semis that I'd like to see Bayern win it but I think Chelsea might fancy playing them.

Actually I could settle for that. Also being a bit of an Özil fanboy I think I want Real to win the competition.

I just hope Pepe or some of their other lunatics doesn't feck it up.

To be fair to him, he always has his eyes set on the Ballon D'or. It's what driven him to reach the level he has.

What's more prestigious - Ballon D'or or FIFA World Player of the Year?

I don't want Chelsea to win the Champions League, so it would be harder for them with Real playing in the final, but I don't really want them to win it, too.

It's hard choice. Nothing against Bayern, but they have less chances to beat Chelsea than Real Madrid.

They have merged into a single award now but Ballon D'or has always carried more weight since it has been around for much longer than the FIFA award.

La Liga + Possible top scorer + possible Champions League - then he has to win it.

Simply put, I don't want to Chelsea to win the CL even though I kind of backed them last night because I just wanted some misery put on Barca. But, I've no real ill feelings towards Bayern nor Real so I will be backing Real simply because Ronnie's playing for them. Hope he has a good game and takes his team through to the final to finally shut up his detractors.

Quick criticism, but I hate this thread title.

Anyway I hope Bayern win tonight. From a selfish perspective, it would be nice if the Champions of Europe didn't do the European Double (thereby nullifying their claim). It might not be the match that everyone wants to see but I'd rather Bayern win than Real as well.

    Come on Bayern.

Sneaky feeling for Bayern tonight. Can't see them not getting an away goal and with Robben, Ribery and Gomez continuing to be a threat all night. Especially with Ramos and coentrao (probably won't be risked mind) and alonso already on a booking they'll be reluctant to make challenges.

God I'm so undecided about this.

I will take who ever goes through.

One minute I want Real to go through and win it.

Then I want Bayern to win it.

So I decide to not car who wins it.

At least for the next 10 minutes before I change my mind again.

You are under-estimating Bayern here. Given the weakened defence Chelsea will be fielding, both teams utilising their strengths have equal chance of beating Chelsea.

Pepe & Di Maria or Robben & Ribery......clash of the cnuts. Though Ronaldo was one of ours....and now he's a Franco boy.

Meh I'll take either tbh so long as they do the renties, for once I can actually enjoy a game not rooting for either side. Hope Robben/Ribery/Di Maria/Pepe get suspended though.

If Bayern do get to the final, i think they will win it. They blew the chance in 2010, and since they have the home advantage with the final being at the Allianz then surely it's destined for them to win. They can really hurt Madrid tonight with Robben and Ribery, that's the thing. Real are capable of scoring a few but so are Bayern. Should be a quality game.

I had Chelsea to beat Barca at Stamford Bridge 1-0 then lose 2-1 in the Nou Camp. Sadly they nicked that last minute goal to make it 2-2 (2-3).

Had Bayern to win 2-1 at home, and got Real to win 3-1 in the Bernabéu. Real to go through 4-3 on aggregate.

Anyone can win as long as they don't lose the final.

Why is Robben so disliked btw? Is it because he used to dive when he was in England?

He doesn't annoy me the way Ribery does who seems unbelievably arrogant in a very hard-to-like kind of way.

Don't mind which team goes through now because if Bayern win it will set up a great final with them playing at home and if it's Real well it it's essentially Mourinho vs his old boys.

If I'm not mistaken he chose Chelsea over United. We agreed a fee for him but he chose to go to London instead. That might be it, speaking under correction of course.

That can't be it. That's too silly a reason to hate a player. Must be something he's done. Maybe it's the fact that he keeps stealing shirts of 10 year olds to wear for matches.

Seven (!) Bayern players one suspension away from missing the ''home'' final, that includes: Lahm, Boateng, Badstuber, Alaba - basically their back-four -, Kroos, Gustavo and Müller.

And 4 of Madrid - Ramos, Xabi Alonso, Higuaín and Coentrao.

Going to be a very close game I think, it might even be a really good one.

Reckon Bayern will go through to the final. Just a feeling it'll be 1-1 at the end of 90 minutes.

God, imagine if all of them got suspended somehow and add Chelsea's injuries and suspensions to it.

List of fit Chelsea players who are not suspended:

Cech, Turnbull, Hilario, Bertrand, Cole, Bosingwa, Ferreira, Hutchison, Mikel, Romeu, Lampard, Mata, Malouda, Torres, Sturridge, Drogba, Kalou, Lukaku.

How do you even get a team here?

There is no reason why Cahill or Luiz won't be fit by the time of final.

I think Real will blast them apart in all honesty. But you just never know.

It would be a great shame if Bayern got to the final and lost key players, you'd end of with a CL final of Bayern Reserves vs Chelsea reserves

I don't understand why the cards do not get erased after the quarter-finals... Something that was done for the World Cup 2010, if I remember correctly.

It's an odd one. Especially as they don't delete the cards from the group stage at the start of the qualifiers. Platini talked about changing it a couple of years back but nothing happened.
