Final tonight (Friday) at the Calderon (Atletico Madrid's ground)

Kicks off at 10pm Spain, 9pm UK

    Guardiola's last game in charge.

Puyol, Alves and Abidal all out. But it looks like they've got their full midfield and attack.

For Athletic - another chance to view such transfer favourites as Muniain, Martinez, Llorente, and Ander, and as Guardiola phrased it, "We hope to see the Athletic that played Manchester United and Schalke."

For the politically minded. There's a campaign running to drown out the Spanish national anthem at the start by whistling. The mayor of Madrid said she hopes the ref will suspend the game if that happens, after all, it is the King's cup - which will probably make the whistling louder.

Should be a great farewell for Pep...Two regional clubs who have dominated the Copa competition since it's inception

Athletic to win this and leave Barcelona empty handed this season.

This post confuses me. Are you suggesting Barca are satisfied with their season??

Barca will be going all out of this after their other disappointments - Guardiola will want to go out on a high as well.

Still my heart is with Bilbao and you never know!

Bilbao have scored one goal in five games, losing four of them. Comfortable win for Barca.

Some speculation that Pep prepared the team in much the same manner he did for United in the '11 CL Final...I'd feel more comfortable if there weren't so many injuries but I expect an electric atmosphere...Great way to end the regular season of football before the Euros, IMO

Bilbao have been awful in the league this season and were shown up by Altletico in the Europa League final.

They will get comfortably beat tonight.

They seem better than they are (Bilbao) because they tore us a new one in Europe this season.

I think Bilbao are every bit as good as poeople said they were because at times they were excellent but they couldnt maintain it. Towards the end it was such a struggle for them and that's a shame. At full strength and full fitness they can play in that style that they got so much praise for. But with a small squad, heavily reliant on young players burn out was always a danger and i feel that is what happend.

Gotta say since they absolutely walked over us I've become a bit of a Bilbao boy. Fully expect Barca to beat them tonight but after the leaps and bounds they've taken under Bielsa this year I'd like to see Bilbao get some silverwear to show for it. I'd hate to think that in 5-10 years time people will forget how good this season has been for Bilbao cos they didn't manage to walk away with any trophies to cap it off.

Barca will win this comfortably. But I want Bilbao to at least give a good account of themselves. I've a soft spot for them based solely on the way they performed in the EL this season, particularly against us.

To be fair, Simeone has dramatically turned Atletico around...They were deserved winners of the Europa League

Definitely, 12 wins in a row in the competition suggests they were very worthy winners.

Bilbao are so impressive. Never seen Barca pressed like that. Yes its only the first few minutes and even we managed it for the first few minutes in Rome and at Wembley but they really do it well. I'd love to see us press like this.
