    New name on the block?

Although the headline is a little premature as it states this in the artical:

Hopefully. Not that he is a bad player, but with Dalot and Laird coming trough we do not need another RB with the future ahead of him.

Defensively, he's very good, but on the ball he has his limitations. If you think Young is frustrating with his passes, then Calabria will likely frustrate you, also.

Better than Young but not good enough if we want to win the PL.

I prefer not to name them, but here, let me name drop Manchester United about 5 times.

I wonder how long it will take this thread to turn into a Darmian bashing thread.

"Because the last Italian RB did so well.."

Not really believing this one to be honest, not the right age if were looking to bring Dalot through.

I've had enough with Italian fullbacks for this life with Darmian. Let's stay clear.

I read it as he has had a few chats with teams about a potential transfer but nothing concrete, and that we arent one of the teams they have ever spoke to

This, let's say away from the following nationalities too because they don't do well here:
    Italians
    Brazilians
    Germans

My take is that he, as an agent, talks to clubs and feels out whether they are interested and one of those clubs that he's had conversations with is United

But United have never called him up to ask about the chances of getting the player.
