    Apologies for the extreme case of necrophilia, but I just started playing this again on PS4 and it's mightily addictive. Thoughts?

    I play it once or twice a year, leveling up some seasonal character to get the gift set.

    It's Diablo, it's a time sink. Fun gameplay but god-awful story.
    Diablo 2 was better, back in the day.

    I think they've added an extra level of grind. Something more than ancient legendary items. But I usually stop at getting a set, by that time I'm sick of it and can't force myself to farm for better items.

    Every couple of seasons I'll give it a go, get to about GR70ish and call it quits for another year or so.
    It's fun blasting through the highest TX levels and getting a load of loot, until it turns into just hoping/gambling for ancient drops, that's where it generally ends for me.

    Yeah, primal ancients are the new thing which silently unlock after you solo GR70 or something. It's a fun thing to do with some mates on the coach on your ps4 though.
