So, anybody watch this guy? Making his come back today from a few months off due to cheating on his wife.

He won streamer of the year in December. Bet365 are taking bets on how many concurrent views he gets today.

First time I watched him, I couldn't think of anything over than what an absolute idiot, but the character he plays is actually great.

    Mainly plays Battlegrounds and H1Z1

He's gonna get so much shit today. I hope he just accepts it, encourages everyone to get it all out of their system. But it will plague him the rest of his 'career'.

I think the chat, which is already flying before it's even begun, will drown the hate.
He's gonna make so much money today it'll be sickening. It'd be funny if he accidentally reads one of his tips that mentions the situation while in autopilot.

I wonder who was going to out him, causing him to admit it himself.

Watch Ninja. Far better player and very entertaining outside of the gameplay. His rise coincided with Docs stupidity.

    The money he makes... damn.

Just saw donations of $600, $100, $150, $210 in the space of a minute.

First game played he won. He's good.

Yep. And now donations of $5000 and $1337

Crazy seeing the subs rocket every minute, though guessing with him not being around for a couple of months there's going to be a spike?

Maybe I'm very cynical but the whole thing might have been a publicity stunt.

The guy cried his eyes out. I doubt it. Plus, with the money he makes, its not exactly something new that she didnt leave him.

Had a 5k donation. But he didn't beat loltyler1's record of 380k. Dropped Under 300k now so not looking likely.

Loltyler1's comeback LoL stream of last month keeps the record.

    Mental money.

I always assumed the age demographic for streamers was 12-18.

    People play video games.

Other people pay to see it.

    Don't ask me why.

Some make a show out of it like DrDisrespect, others are simply very very good at the game and therefore gain appreciation from rich kids/people (some guy called motar2k or whatever goes around donating 10-20k to streamers he likes) and fanboys.

Is it any weirder than people watching a random man and woman having sex?

You know I had to think about that for a minute when I read it. I pictured the act of having sex and the excitement that can bring in a human being by design and also thought about watching someone play a game. Paying someone to perform a sex act which may be a fantasy or paying to see a man or woman perform it which you may not have the opportunity to see otherwise I think is totally different to paying someone just to play a game. You can play that game yourself for starters and I cannot see how that would be exciting in any way to warrant giving money.

Also who pays for porn nowadays, the money is all in the ads...

Before tonight I could not think of anything I'd rather watch less than a stranger playing a computer game. Now I wish I'd watched this bloke farting about on his ps4.

Chelsea are playing next Monday on tv. Is anyone streaming themselves playing Tetris for 90 minutes at the same time?

Pay to see it? They not forced to donate. I just find it weird donating to someone streaming especially if you are a grown up.

You can also have sex with a man or a woman or a man and a woman or a woman and woman or a man and man.

Not everyone can, and also you can't always pick the person to fulfill your fantasy, and most people are married or in a relationship so it's quite a lot different to watching some dude play a game.

Now you're going into bullshit. Looking down at people who choose to live their lives their own ways. Such a ridiculous and simplistic way to view life.

On a side note, I used to watch videso about certain games to get better at them.

People donating vast sums of money to someone playing a game while there's people dying of famine, contaminated water and disease around the world? Or closer to home, people sleeping on the streets in this winter and queuing up at food banks? You're right we need to support the guy playing a game to live his lavish lifestyle, it's what will make us a better society.
