He has not been very courageous lately. His comments in France did not go down well. Don't know why he did not make it clear he wanted to take over if he really wanted to.

I think he has too many interests outside football.

Im all for the romanticism of it all, but its too far a stretch to say hes the only one that would have made us succeed. Just because of who he is, it doesnt make him right for the job. Giggs gets critism for only really having his mind set on the united job, Cantonas in the same boat.

    Hes right about Neymar though.

I'd be up for giving him a shot at managing the club, seriously. If OT is ever relaid with sand.

If he actually thought about managing Manchester United in the future, he should get some experience and build up his CV so United board can have a look at his record and consider whether if they want him or not. That's a simple way. There's no way that he can get a free ride to manage United cos he knows more about them than anybody and played for that club.

Simply being Eric Cantona is all the experience he would need.

His success is guaranteed by default.

He's on another level as a personality compared to Giggs. Whether he has the tactical nous to give something long term, not sure, but having a run like Zizou had seems not too far stretched to me, but he needs a world class squad, imo which atm we don't have.

If Mourinho ever were to leave... he's better than Moyes and not boring like Van Gaal.
