Must be proud of himself since he's all over the media today. Wonder what his wife thinks about it.

Moronic, sadly I am very careful about where I go with our kids - family friendly venues fewer and fewer

He looks a reasonable man trying to inject some youth into this Everton side.

Well it absolutely is a football fan. Something happens to blokes when they enter a stadium. Suddenly become aggressive teenagers.

What the feck is wrong with him? He actually runs from his seat a few rows up to confront the keeper. There's a kid who probably won't be able to go to football with his dad in future If his mum has any sort of say here, though I think we can all agree that's probably for the best.

Know it's madness, but I genuinely can't stop laughing at some scouser punching a footballer, while holding a child.

Also, Ashley Williams is a bellend.

Ashley Williams got only a yellow card? WTF? That's a clear red card.

Disgraceful situation in truth. Can see Everton getting hammered over this. Williams is an bellend.

Also, can't help but  at that dad holding a kid while confronting Lyon. Absolute clown.

Going in a fight while you hold your son in your arms :houllier:

I've seen so many football/sport brawls and I'm shocked how there are so few solid punches thrown. Just look at Williams

Or if the club have their say, because I'd be surprised if a ban isn't headed his way.

You should turn Talksport on now and hear Everton fans trying to justify this. That Ashley Williams showed a bit of fight.

Talksport have just said that Everton have identified him and given him a life-time ban.

A ban is probably the least of his worries! I can see him getting slapped (lol) with a yuge fine.

Williams taking out his frustrations at the fact that he has regressed an amazing amount in the space of a year. God, he looks out of shape.

Actually, I’ve always wondered how bans like that are enforced. What’s stopping him from slightly disguising himself? Heck, even if he just showed up as himself would someone really notice among 40k people?

It might sound petty, but he should be reported to the police and obviously he should get a life long stadium ban.

Wanted to write *should*, but messed it up. Good that Everton reacted without dithering around.

Can we just merge all these threads like this one and the one about Roma fans in which obviously bad behaviour is reported and everyone just leaps in and says shocking arrest him idiot etc and theres nothing worth reading or is someone going to finally stand up and have the balls to defend evil.

True but I still wouldn't drag a toddler along. Its still an aggressive, loud, petty atmosphere. Not something I'd want to take my child to until he's old enough to realise the blokes around him are boneheads.
