Yes. No point playing a Wolves defender against City. They will surely let in a few.

It's really in the hope of getting a price drop if they concede. I will leave Boly on the bench anyway.

Same which probably suggests that it's best to roll the transfer and go into the gw after armed with more than one. You'll be able to get a look at your rivals team then too and try and outmanoeuvre him.

My thinking at the moment is Martial & Wilson out for Rashford & Pereyra. Or Aguero in for Auba. Or TAA in for Doherty. None of them particularly excite me though and you could argue that they might not even be an improvement.

I think we have learned with that FA Cup draw and Liverpool crashing out (amongst others) that the DGW's might not be as rewarding as previous seasons which is a shame.

Yeah, all good points. Will have another look, but you're right about it being good to see what my rival has first.

I've just done Snodgrass > Herrera. I feel a bit naughty, doubling up on United. I haven't done that in a few years.

It's a bit of a punt, but Ole obviously likes him in the midfield 3. After Tottenham we have nice PL fixtures.

Back to the drawing board to figure out how to get Salah and who out of Hazard, Auba, Kane has to go.

Crikey. That's a punt and a half. He'll probably get some half chances though in the current set up. Still a rotation risk though I think

I remember what I was gonna do...bring in a 5th playing midfielder. Probably Pereyra

    Fab
    TAA Robertson Digne
    Hazard Salah Sane Pogba Pereyra
    Auba Jiminez

I might do Auba to Aguero soon too. Very tempting to try and get Rashford in again for Jiminez but means playing WanB all the time in a 442 and not getting Pereyra in. Not sure which is better. Will wait til the next gw anyway

I've been doubled up on West ham for too long now, was starting to get itchy feet. Still kept F. Anderson.

Theres still Deulofeu at 5.5, if you wanna save some dough. Been discussed here before, and he has a similar output and lesser price (+ plays in a free role)

I regret getting rid of him myself actually. Might rectify that mistake next week and bank the change. Depends how Martial and Wilson look this weekend.

I need to bring in a midfielder at max £5M to enable Salah in. Player will «always» be benched. Would it be worth taking a punt on CHO at £4,2M?

If he plays, great! If he doesn’t, well it’s the minimum amount of cash benched.

Cause he’s cheap compared to the points he’s gonna give. And he’ll bag lots of points, he assists and scores

Nothing against Hererra, but he's not a player for this game. I had Neves for far too long, didn't get me many points mostly sat on the bench.

    Team for this week is:

    Fabianksi
    Alonso Laporte Digne
Hazard (C) Pogba F. Anderson Richarlison Pereyra
    Kane Rashford

There's a few moves I could make but I'm holding the transfer for next week.

Herrera is £5M, isn't he. Great value given Ole likes him and he can chip in with a goal or an assist.

The highest scoring £5M midfielder is Kante at 73 points to 46 from Herrera ( 27 points difference) who only played 40% time Kante did. Likewise for other, high-scoring, budget midfielders with the pd being even smaller. That's why, while he's hardly Fantasy Football player, he seems a good value. Under Ole he'll get more minutes and an attacking-oriented system resulting in more goals/assists, too.

I thought Camarasa will miss? What's the latest on Aguero, by the way?

 you are probably right, but we got our first clean sheet in awhile so that might bump it to 3pts a week @5m that's actually good value.

Weighing up the pro's and cons of moving from Pogba/Martial/Richarlison/Wilson to De Bruyne/Deulofeu/Fraser/Rashford over the coming weeks.

Haven't got any City coverage at the mo although that's not necessarily a bad thing the way they rotate. Still wanna see how the ginger one plays this weekend first.

Wilson moving to Chelsea would be ideal. C'mon Roman get him in.

Think you would not regret that, thinking of the good fisxtures and how cheap Rashford/Pogba/Martial is. Great value when you think of attacking team and cost less than other players wich arent doing any better in other top teams.

    ———-----Digne - Luiz - A.Arnold
    Martial - Hazard - Richarlison - Pogba - Salah
    ————-——Kane - Jimenez

Seems strange not having any City players but I'm happy with the squad balance. Not having to overthink the City rotation is also nice.

After the Utd game Spurs have Fulham away followed by three home games against Watford, Newcastle and Leicester.

I'd say no Spurs coverage is a massive gamble.

Worth swapping Kane for Aguero? Or just a sideways switch?

Wasn’t sure on Martial vs Rashford but went for Rashford just.

Apart from that my team is identical to yours except I have Robertson instead of A.Arnold (don’t think he’s particularly worth the extra money).
