    Would be cool if everybody there is vegan. Though, it would be a race towards league...dunno, 6, rather than to Championship.

    They've been a vegan club since 2012 and have risen to league 2 in that time.

    Sorry think I misunderstood. The players don't have to be vegan outside of work. But the club itself only sells and provides vegan food, even to players.

    Just a maybe outdated notion that professional sportsmen like footballers on a vegan diet would suffer a bit more that ravenous meateating opponents they'll play every week.
