To go up against the other team

Based on United form, like the last.

    Stepney
    Neville - Foulkes - Irwin
    Edwards
    Best - Keane - Robson - Giggs
    Law - Charlton
    Scholes
    Bruce
    Ferdinand
    Beckham

    Can't get in the team

Don't think I like it though. Want Scholes and a Becks in there

    Ones I've seen:

    Erm Roy Caroll I guess...

    Neville-Rio-Brown-Irwin
    -------Keane-Scholes-------
    Beckham---------------Giggs
    --------Cole---Rooney--------

Why does it feel like I'm missing someone? Either way, this team at its peak would walk the league despite having no goalkeeper.

You'd have to have Scholes and Rooney in the first XI for me.

Part of our most successful ever sides and our record all time goalscorer.

Sub 1 - Scholes for Robson
Sub 2 - Beckham for Giggs
Sub 3 - Edwards for Keane

I can't really properly judge players I never saw play a full 90 minutes, I'd just be picking on reputation, so I'm only including players from my lifetime of watching football (about 1990 onwards)

    Cole
    Giggs Rooney Beckham
    Keane Scholes
    Irwin Pallister Ferdinand Neville
Bit pushed for goalkeepers though. Who even are the options from 1990 to present? I vaguely remember Jim Leighton, but not if he was any good by that point. Who we got after that? Roy Carroll? Ben Foster? Either of the two Andy Gorams? I think I'd be better putting O'Shea in goal.

I really wanted Robson and Hughes in there, but Cole and Rooney were better goalscorers, and Keane and Scholes was an immense unit.
