If De Gea were to leave, which 2 players from Madrid would you want?

The rumors of De Gea possibly moving to Madrid in the summer are getting stronger by the day and maybe just maybe if De Gea decides to move to Madrid, I would think we should try to negotiate Kovacic and Isco in the deal. That would strengthen our midfield and we could try and get in Butland or even Donnarumma from Milan to replace De Gea.

Kovacic to replace Matic and Isco in midfield to release Pogba in a midfield 3 would work wonders for us. What do you guys think?

An exchange De Gea =Asensio +50 million, or Kroos +Carvajal could be a fair price.
    hahaha, Varane/Kovacic + money

How would bringing in Isco release Pogba? Isco is usually in the #10 in a 4-4-2 diamond. It's Kroos, Modric or Casemiro who would play midfield and allow Pogba to get further up the field. My dream player from RM would be Bale. Problem is he can't stay healthy. But if he could that would be amazing to see him on the right and Sanchez on the left. As for a midfielder, Kroos would be great, but I don't think that's a possibility. Modric is too old and we don't need a DM so Casemiro is out. BUt I would like to find someone who can play on the right of a 3 man midfield. Just not sure who...

Kovacic and Casemiro. A healthy Bale would have been a dream, but he is best left at Real with his injuries.

Yay let's replace Matic who we paid nearly £50 million for less than a year ago. Fml.

    Asensio and Casemiro. Done deal.

And then we spend all our might on Donnarumma.

All you wanting Kroos. Just think if we kept Moyes he would be a United player.

Madrid are rebuilding, they are not giving up any decent player and we don't want to lose the best keeper in the world either.

feck this hypothetical scenario. Just keep De Gea.

If he really insists on going - Kroos and Asensio would be a dream - we can even throw in £30 million in that equation

Unless they allow Kroos + money, or another extra player, it doesn’t make sense to sell DDG to them. If he is really desperate to leave I wouldn’t hear anything under 100m.

Kroos +1 (maybe Varne or Ramos)

Kroos would be that mythical midfielder to free up Pogba and allow for the move to a midfield three. Any deal to Madrid would hinge on him, for me. I'm not Woodward, though--just a clown with a keyboard.

Varne might be the type of defender that Mourinho could develop over the long term into a top center half. Ramos would make an instant impact. He'd add bite and a winning mentality to a solid United defense lacking a little personality.

Feck off. Ramos, yeah plays one sits out three. Bargain player. He'd be even worse in the Prem. He would be red carded inside 10 minutes of his debut.

He w are the rumors getting stronger ? I haven't heard anything significant except for the usual BS.

For the question, my answer is no one because he shouldn't leave at all.

Please not Ramos. He has got to be one of the most over rated players in the world. How he constantly gets on the FIFA XI list is a mystery to me and many others. All he has is aggression. That's it. But that aggression leads to way too many red cards. He has the La Liga record with something like 24 red cards in his career. No thank you

We won't get 2 players obviously, would be lucky to even have a good player exchange when the player himself won't be happy leaving.

If given chance wouldn't mind money plus Kovacic but if we can retain De Gea forever then won't sell him at all.

Continued hyperbole about how much are De Gea is actually worth. Some of you are valuing him at like £200m. For a keeper. Laughable.

feck Real Madrid, DDG is not going anywhere, not even in hypothesis.

Well if he goes than will not mind Casemerio/Kovacic and Asencio .

Why don’t we just sell them Pogba, instead of DDG, seen as we’re never winning the league again with the Pogba in the team?

On topic - I’d take Kroos + £50m which we can try and use to land Oblak. (Not sure how much Atlético would want for him tbh).

I'd rather we let De Gea leave on a free after finishing his contract than sell him to Real Madrid. They always feck us every chance they get, even for a player they didn't want(Morata) they dicked us around. Or alternatively I'd rather we exchange Ter Stegen for De Gea with Barcelona.

    Kroos + Asensio

1 player swap for 2 player, not negotiable.

If no player swap involve then 180m for De Gea is the starting price.

We may raise it to 200m if their first offer is way too low.

Looking at that Real Madrid team, they have so many good midfielders.
Isco, Kovacic, Ascencio , Kross, Modric ,Casemero Cabellos.
Almost all of them would walk into our midfield. But if given a choice I would take Isco or Kroos or Kovacic. I expect at least one of them to be available in the summer, most probably Isco or Kovacic. I would take either.

Zidane as goalkeeper. To replace De Gea in goal, we need someone's footwork as fancy as De Gea's

Unless we can get Oblak or Donnarumma we should not sell De Gea.

From RM, I'll take Kroos and Casemiro

They need to stump up an offer that represents how much he means to us as a player. For me he is up there with Ronaldo and Messi. I know they play completely different positions but he has the ability to change a game just like they do (albeit in a different sort of way).

They will probably try to get him on the cheap but in reality based on other transfer fee's going about these days he should be worth 150mil plus easy, and thats even taking into consideration that keepers are generally cheaper than outfield players.
