How bad is he? If I was Pep the first thing I'd do is buy a proper GK (even if it means fecking up the home grown quota).

He'll definitely get replaced, he's so mediocre.

Did he actually say that? I'm sorry, but that's overwhelmingly twatish... and he's shite.

City have been linked with a few 'keepers so Pep may well feel the same. I hope they stick with him.

Gif of him punching himself would be fun. What a tool. Horribly overrated.

It's hilarious, Spain v Croatia DDG got beat at his near post with a tiny deflection and Hoddle crucified him. Shouldn't go with his feet, inexcusable etc.
Today Hoddle goes "Hart couldn't keep it out."

    Yeah, because he's fecking shite.

Is that a genuine quote? If it is then that pretty much shows you the attitude this group of English players have, terrible, he probably thought they'd be camped in the Iceland half and didn't bother getting mentally prepared for a football game.

    Wanker.

He's fairly average really. Hopefully City decide to keep him as #1 for the homegrown quota.

He will be on the bench come December or January at the latest and never see a look in after that. He is so shite and a bottler.

I've said it time and time again.

He makes far too many mistakes like that to be considered a top keeper.

Now with City, he also produces games where he's fantastic particularly in Europe. For England he's consistently shit. Should no longer be number 1.

Worst regular keeper England have had.

We've had players who have played once and had a stinker, but this twat has consistently shit for years.

He is sub David James truth be told.

Yes that's right, I would rather have David James in goal than Joe Hart.

Full quote is "We have dominated every corner of the pitch and every Slovakian player will be proud of that result. We are into the next round and nobody will want to play us. I haven't had anything to do in the whole tournament, to be honest. We have been playing very well as a team."

    Complete prick.

Bang average goalkeeper. I remember a few seasons ago when City were up against Bayern Munich and the English press actually compared him and Neuer as if they were on the same level. Sub par keeper, there's at least 5 others in the premiership that are considerably better than him.

England goalkeepers are synonym for making howlers

Seaman, James, Martyn, Kirkland, Robinson, Carson, Hart

All conceded some ridicilious goals :houllier:

Always been massively overrated because he's English. Him going on like he did in the tunnel for the cameras before the Wales game and then going on to play like he has is a bit Gerrard-like

Joe Hart again. Some fella hit a shot there in the first half from 40 yards as they know how useless he is. Wonderful viewing this.

This might not be a popular opinion but I think Forster's a better keeper.

Pep won't keep him long. He makes too many mistakes too often. If he wasn't English, he wouldn't get as much of a pass from pundits/press.

As a gk coach, I've noticed Hart is very weak saving shots to his left. It doesn't change the overall fact that Forster is a much better shot stopper and an overall better keeper in my eyes. Hodgson is playing the popular vote by choosing Hart when it's been clear all season that Forster is in much better form.

Makes outstanding saves every now again again but in general he's poor. Should've been dropped a good while ago.
