Let's bet on how long the press conference is going to be. My Guess:

    8:52 minutes.

R - "Can you avoid 3 losses in a row?"

Jose - "I sit here in this chair and tell you that 2 years before it was Norwich, Bournemouth and Stoke - that is the football heritage of this club".

Come on Jose lad, get some positivity out of you here.

Odds on no reporter talking about the game?

Just want some good news really. I know there isn't much he can say to rally us up. We played well vs Tottenham, but the team bottled that good first half showing and just threw the game away early in the second.

I'd like to hear that Dalot will make an appearance or something. Just something positive and exciting. Anything!

Jones is injured, no surprises there!

Dalot and Romero playing U-23s game tonight, Rojo back training with team. But all 3 to be available after intern’l break.

If I don't win the league I will still be one of the greatest. Finishing second last year was one of my greatest achievements....

Not sure I like those quotes

Seen the story on the beeb website. Why is everything about him? Seriously who enjoys our manager talking about himself so much?

Clearly it was easier to ignore when he was managing other teams in the past. Managing the club I support he’s such a fecking nob.

Why is he saying all that? Is there no way to avoid answering any leading questions and could we not just request that the press stick to this weekend's game?

Before 2004 anyway. Or just the usual 90 minutes if that’s not a mistake.

He was winning big trophies back then to be fair.

    What's funny?

He is one of the best managers, and has never been shy about telling everyone.

I'm guessing he says all this shit to stop the papers putting the pressure on the players, it's all now on him... unless he is just a bit of a knob of course :D

I really don't know why he has to say this.

I actually thought his behaviour after the Spurs defeat was perfect. Put his arm around some of the players, applauded and praised the fans, went to war with the media. It looked to me like the perfect platform to create a siege mentality.

Now he's gone and alienated the squad again by essentially calling them shit. I should've given up long ago at trying to understand Jose. I'm not even sure it's calculated anymore on his end.

It's a fair point, he's always been like this.

Just different perception now because of the current state of the team/club
