Was a defining moment in the game and he bottled it. Could have passed it as well, but he wanted the glory for himself.

You could point to moments like those in literally every single game of football.

No, the keeper saved it... was there any real reason for a separate thread?

Should have squared it to Sterling. Who'd probably miss anyway. But still.

Didn't the linesman flag for offside?

The spurs fans are hated for a reason. You're all arrogant as feck and yet your club wins nothing to be deserving of such arrogance

It wasn't a penulty so he couldn't score it.

Selfish, selfish fecker. Don’t worry Harry I’m sure you’ll win the Golden Boot for this tournament and claim a few next season as you wish because you’re a protected species in the English media.

Huge miss, but I suppose all strikers miss those every once in a blue moon. Just happened at the crucial stage/match, unfortunately for him/England.

    But he was poor tonight.

Don't think so, the ball span out of play and then back into play after it hit the post, that was the flag.

Harry Kane got to a semi final. That's like a minor trophy. ;)

Only joking. It was a big stage and our biggest player needed to produce. He didn't. 2-0 and we would have walked this game. Winners win. Croatia were true winners*.

*Will get thrashed against France. Three games of 120 mins each.

The first effort the keeper saved, the rebound was tight as feck angle but there was nothing else on.

This, Literally Zero trophy since the league cup of 2008 and when you hear/read them you'd think they're the cream of the cream and are winning the league each year.

There were a lot of chances in the first half. I wouldn't blame just Kane but it should have been 2-0 before half-time.

Thought there was a good chance the goal would have been wiped off for offside anyway

I really don't see where this comes from, what Spurs fans are saying we are the "cream of the cream" or winning the league?

It was like Tunisia game, but against a superior team who doesn't set back. England should have killed the game at first half but let Croatia enter the game. Once the equalizer entered it was only going one way.

Yes, but every single game of football isn't a World Cup semi final. Kane fluffed an easy chance to kill the game.

Pretty selfish from him. Honestly some players should be ashamed of themselves to go for glory when they're teammates are in a much better position, you have to score or get ready for the consequences

Nobody is saying that at all - Glaston has clouded their minds that we are all fair game. They just hate us and hate all our players. Clearly not too welcome here unfortunately.

Pickford and Trippier have been the best players.

Kane wasn't England best player in this tournament. Pickford is.
