If I was the Osasuna president, I'd offer to pay back the transportation and tickets of the match for the fans.A truly shameful performance, yes Barca are a lot better than them but die with some pride please.

It's like family playing together. This sort of chemistry and atmosphere can never be matched by Jose's side.

I also feel Iniesta isn't capable of matching Fabregas' assist/goal return.

Messi's third goal wasn't that great IMO, the defending was really poor on that one. I think Cesc and Xavi's goal were much better.

Kanoute will be in Sevilla colours when he's 60.

    Messi's second was beautiful.

Yeah. The quality of the goals were brilliant tbh. A goal of the month competition could be made out of this match only. The first goal was also great.

Yes, there's never been a doubt about that.Fabregas will score and create plenty, it gives them an option if Messi has an off day, it never hurts to add another creative midfielder to your team.Iniesta's role has always been different to that.He can create havoc with his runs and first time passing but when it comes to scoring others will illustrate themselves

The Milan match demonstrated what happens when you don't have Iniesta. In a tight match like that one Fabregas and Xavi were playing the exact same passes, no one had any serious penetration, that game screamed for an Iniesta's darting dribble from midfield.

I don't think so, Barca created way more than enough to put the game to bed. Fabregas is just as direct as Iniesta, argubaly even more to be honest.

What cost Barca was complacency and the sense of fear that they were playing 2 midfields in central defence meaning they could be countered at any second.

I can't remember Fabregas making any runs into the box that day or even playing anything other than sideways balls to Xavi, and Alves.

You're right Fabregas is very direct, more so than Iniesta hence he will get more goals/assists, he was ultra direct against today against Ossasuna but obviously the level isn't the same.

My point was that my gut feeling was that Iniesta would have done more, with his dribbling/inventiveness combination, to create better chances in the Milan and other similar tight games than Fabregas would have.

I think Fabregas will prove himself the best midfielder in the world this season, and no one else will have a look at that title for a long time.

He's certainly got the talent. What a player.

What I like about Fabregas is he's daring. He's sees the run and he goes for it. Xavi is a bit more conservative when there's options to play the pass. He takes fewer risks.

It's actually Fabregas' eagerness is a factor that keeps him out of the Spain team. He adds alot of spunk to midfields in terms of going for it. For me he's more entertaining to watch than Iniesta and Xavi.

35 mins gone. 0-0 Levante frustrating Madrid decently well although it should be a matter of time.

Ronaldo and Ozil on the bench.

Such a poor game without Ronaldo and Ozil.

Levante have a spastic keeper but Real haven't been able to take advantage.

Ronaldo would've already had a couple.

Everyone fighting, Di Maria rolling on the floor, disgraceful.

    Red card for Khedira.

Khedira for me hasn't dont much of note in his Real career. He's been very average.

No idea how Real Madrid haven't scored yet. Mental keeping from the Levante GK earlier on, when he went charging off to the edge of his area.

Di Maria could easily have been blinded by that slight brush from an arm across his chest.

I'm speechless he didn't pass. The angle was slightly against him. Squaring it across would have guaranteed a goal.

It looks like Barcelona and Madrid are deliberately playing badly to prove a point that La Liga isn't just a two team league.

Joke of a league...the small teams just bend over every time.
