New season about to start, cracking opening weekend of football so far.
Chelsea up first
It's back. I still sit up and pay attention when I hear the opening theme
Is it BBC1?
Not sure that was a red tbf. Studs up a bit but no malice and so slo mo.
Lineker with a Trump dig
Yep. Just started. A few minutes late because of the athletics.
Hell of a finish from Ward though.
Yeah no force to it at all. Unlucky.
Ward What a cracker!!
What a great first half from Burnley
Thanks, just tuned in for the second goal. Time to have fun, just hope it won't kick us in the head tomorrow.
That Fabregas SO was harsh no? One foot was sliding along the ground.
Ah , 2nd yellow. Missed that
What a sickener for Cski-well done the Irish lads and all the Burnley crew.
Expected. He's obsessed.
Wtf is that 'expected goals' stat? Not heard of that before.
I wanted to watch this but couldn't find anywhere with it on.
Chelsea can feel hard done by there, the ref decisions did seem to go against them
I got 0/5 in their quiz
Just think Alan Shearer is on 400K a year for his opinion for one night a week.
Any non English fans that wants a river for this just pm me.
I got 1/5, fluking the Matic goal. That stat is utter bollocks.
Thought both Cahill and Fabregas deserved red. Fabregas' tackle was really bad.
Been a crazy opening weekend; one of the craziest i can remember. Arsenal and Leicester starting it off yesterday. Liverpool and Watford, Chelsea and Burnley, Huddersfield beating palace away 3-0. I just hope our game ain't so frantic tomorrow. Comfortable 2-0 would be lovely.
That recovery speed from TFM!
Huddersfield- what's the odds on them doing a Leicester?
The Huddersfield fans look so chuffed with that. Delighted for them.
Wagner is like Klopp after a shower and a bit of grooming
Tearful I am: ha ha ha, best laugh in a while
They remind of when Blackpool came up, they won big opening day too Wigan 4-0 and pulled of some shock away wins, I can see Huddersfield doing the same.
Ian Wright: They knew he was the dangermouse, erm... man.
How does he get paid to talk?
I think there were rumours that Wagner was going to join Klopp at Liverpool when he quit Dortmund. Then up he popped at Huddersfield.
That place is such a shithole. Had an interview at the uni there- glad I went to Durham instead.
Klopps a nobhead.
looks level to me
the earlier one is a bit dodge - but them's the rules, apparently -
Klopp. In a strop. Lowering expectations in the Kop.
That makes you sound like a bit twat
I went Huddersfield on a Uni trip once, far too many hills and narrow countryside roads for my liking, like a Emmerdale in San Francisco.
The surrounding countryside is beautiful.
