    @khoazany , @jb8521 can you give us more info about him ?? How highly is he rated ?? What's the style of football his teams play ?? Is he a good replacement in your opinion ??

    From what I've seen he's a decent coach but his teams have generally been a bit naive tactically & when I've seen them they've often lost or drawn games they should have won comfortably. Of course it's hard to judge when the club don't generally put much emphasis on tactical work below the u18s so hopefully having the experience of the likes of Colin Little around can help with that type of stuff.

    Thanks for the reply, just hope he does well. The U18s were great last year, hope they can keep it up.
