Take Ozil and Sanchez. Ozil feels like much more of an Arsenal player than Sanchez.

I'm mainly referring to their style of play and how it meshes with the way that the club plays football.

Example: Messi is a world class player but he doesn't look like a Real Madrid player. In the same vein Neymar seems to be the perfect player for Real.

Any other players who you think would be perfect for a different club or are completely suited to their current team?

Don't agree with this (if we're talking about personalities and character, rather than pure footballing style and ability)

That's what I was going to say. Sort of direct attacking player that United fans appreciate more than any other.

So basically if you're a good attacking player but weak mentally you're a fit for Arsenal, subtle way of pointing out the obvious OP

Tony Adams was a great epitome of the old Arsenal, so uncompromising and solid in his defensive duties.

For United I would say Denis Irwin. Diligent in his defensive work but known more for joining rapid attacks down our left flank.

David Silva - City, especially under Pep but also before that.
De Gea - United, our backline allowed him to shine on quite a few occasions
Mignolet - Liverpool, match made in heaven
Marcos Alonso - Chelsea, not many other clubs he would be given such freedom going forward
Also Sigurdsson - Swansea, but that's over now

Mourinho - United, hated/adored but never ignored :devil::devil:

Dybala is born to be a Barca player. Can’t see him anywhere else.
Bale should be a United player. Still think he will be one day.

Quite the opposite, but Hazard doesn’t belong to Chelsea. Been there for years and it still feels wrong for me.

Mkhitaryan for Arsenal. Flair player who hides when the going gets tough and has weak mentality. Match made in heaven.

Always felt Kane is a proper United player and the perfect Rooney replacement. Still think he will join us in the future.

    Kane - United
    Mkhitaryan - Arsenal
    Sanchez - United
    Pogba - Real Madrid
    Silva - Barcelona
    De Bruyne - Bayern
    Lukaku - Chelsea
Martial - probably Arsenal tbh (because of Henry comparisons)

Though this thread is basically what players remind you of someone else who of the type of player a certain club has traditionally always gone for (in the past 20 years basically). For us, it's always Sir Alex types of signings, so Sanchez and Kane are basically perfect Sir Alex players that we would have for sure gone for. Also hard to put City on this list since what is a traditional City type signing? This City side is still too new for that as they're building their history now.

Ronaldo always seemed like the perfect match for Real. It can't get more galactico than him really.

And every up and coming winger/attacking midfielder from any country that is not Germany or Argentina or the with great commercial potential always seems perfect for United. I think that just might be "post Glazers takeover" SAFs fault though.

Giggs is United through and through, what are you talking about? If I had to point at one figure who sums up United since the late 90's it would be first Fergie and Giggs second.
