Well feck me did we make hard work of that. Worst team left it in beside Genk and we scraped through. A little less confident about our chances of winning the EL than I was before the Anderlecht games.

Christ... I'm drained. Again, we ought to have finished them off earlier. Again, we let them have a go at us at the end. But it's a fecking cup match and job done. Rashers showed tremendous determination today.

Exciting game. Good performance for the most part but embarrassing finishing once again. Nearly cost us.

Thanks feck for that. Thought we became disappointingly passive after going in front... again. Still, we did enough to hang in there and take advantage when Anderlecht tired.

I guess we don't need to sack/sell/not pay everyone now?

Match thread was absolutely pathetic tonight.

Glad we won but that was a worrying performance. If we shat ourselves against this lot at QF imagine what would happen against someone like Ajax at SF... Not convincing one bit.

Tonight has made me realise just how much I miss nail-biting European matches. I crave the CL.

As for the performance, we really need to learn how to finish.

Much harder than it should've been. Dominated, wasted chances. Rashford superb with his energy all game.

Looks like Rojo & Zlatan injuries are serious :(
