Well that couldn't have gone much better. We rung the changes, six in all, clearly with an eye on PSG on Tuesday, but we still ran out very comfortable winners. Fulham started lively but then we took complete control of the game once Pogba scored the opening goal after 14 minutes. Martial then scored a wonderful solo goal to celebrate his contract extension.

In the second-half Fulham looked a beaten side and showed no belief in being able to mount a comeback. We in turn took our foot off the gas somewhat but still extended our lead to 3:0 as Pogba scored his second from the penalty spot.

We are now fourth, and if City beat Chelsea tomorrow we will stay there. We were 11 points behind fourth when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over 10 league games ago. What an incredible turn around.

    Now for PSG...

    Fulham 0:1 Man Utd - Pogba (14')

    Fulham 0:2 Man Utd - Martial (23')

Fulham 0:3 Man Utd - Pogba (65' pen)

Good performance, 3 points, clean sheet, resting many players, there is nothing else we could have asked for this.

Oh, and we are now in top 4.

    Perfect game from us.

Rested players, rotated the team, nobody played badly, got to do the whole thing in second gear, avoid injuries and kept a clean sheet.

    Lovely stuff

Nice, relaxing game that we could see out for the second half. Exactly what we needed before the next few games.

All good. It's a shame I'm beginning to anticipate a shit touch from Lukaku or Sanchez falling over.

    Top 4 ! Get in!

Amazes me that when Lukaku gets his first touch right for once, his pass to put someone through is atrocious. It happens every game he plays :/

 Comfortable win. Perfect performance before PSG, a good win, didn't over work ourselves, rested some key players and brought others off early and no injuries. Shame Sanchez didn't take his chance as I thought he looked very good in his short time actually, but all the same. We have our United back:drool:

Easiest match we'll have all season. Even with 10 men we won with ease.

Imagine how good we could be with a real striker and RW

Simple win. If I’m nitpicking should have scored more goals.

Fulham were shite. Lukaku was also shite

Feels great watching United again. Will note that fulham are not premier league quality even though they might be playing in it. The Final test for this team to see how good it really is comes next game.

Excellent result, performance was great too, controlled the game with ease. Pogba, Herrera and Martial were brilliant up top, Mata was much better in the second half. Promising cameos from Sanchez and McTominay. Whole defence was solid, Dalot was getting a lot of flak in the match thread but I thought he was fine. Lukaku wasn't good today but tremendous work for the penalty.

Back in top 4, happy days. Fulham are complete shite, has to be said.
