We haven’t seen one of our players score a hat-trick in the league since van Persie scored three against Aston Villa in 2013. If I counted correctly, 20 clubs have scored a hat-trick since then.

Meanwhile Kane and Agüero have scored 8.
Looking at clubs, Liverpool have 7, City have 10, Chelsea have 6, Arsenal have 5 and Spurs have 8.

    Source

My prediction: Pogba, 2nd of March against Southampton

Kenwood Juicer to whoever gets it correct.

Martial brace and penalty is a safe bet. Let’s say Arsenal FA Cup.

Jones against Liverpool next time we play them, helping us come back from 2 down to win.

1st one (88 minutes) he’ll shank a shot well wide which rebounds off VVDs nose, and through Allison’s leg who has just been shoved out of the way by Fellaini. Goal allowed to stand because a fan has destracted the ref momentarily by chucking a brown envelope on the pitch.

2nd one (90+2) he’s literally 20 yards offside. De Gea dispossesses Salah with a rugby tackle/save, smashes a clearance. The ball comes off Jones’ knee and loops over Alison and into the net. Goal allowed to stand because the ref is tied up with a more serious matter, comparing accas with the linesmen-apparently if we win he makes a fiver or something.

3rd one (90+5) during the ensuing melee after the last goal, the ref sends a few Liverpool players off and assumes a seat in the stand next to SAF, to ask advice about which red wine Ole likes for afterwards. Frustrated, Jones picks up the ball and charges towards the Liverpool net. Just before he reaches the goal line, he trips and flies full on into Allison’s head, taking it clean off. Mistaking the head for a ball the ref blows his whistle to signal a goal.

The first would be given as an own goal though. Ruined.

I wonder if we’re cursed. Just like the #7 curse. I’ve had it in the back of my head for years. Norwegians have been an important part of the clubs history. We’ve had Norwegians for most of SAF’s reign, and the last one, Mats Møller Dæhli, left in the summer of 2013. Our downfall could be explained by the lack of Norwegians in the squad. Maybe the appointment of Solskjær has lifted the curse, maybe not. He’s not in the squad after all. It might only affect hat-tricks though, perhaps we won’t see another hat-trick until we sign a Norwegian.

Dunno but it'll be Lukaku and the Caf will only focus on balls he didn't control during the game

Redcafe's obsession with Kenwood Juicer is a something incredibly fascinating.

Phil Jones this weekend with an anti-hattrick - an own goal, a penalty conceded and a red card.
