The only thing certain is that Spurs will play our first few games away from home to allow completion of the finishing touches on our new stadium. Our first home game should be the first league match after the September international break.

We must get off to a good start like last season, but keep it going and not go defensive when we meet one of the top 4 teams.

 To be fair, just negative thoughts. Any game in this league can be a slip up these days

Not bad that. Big games all nicely spaced out, fairly easy run in, even the Anfield trip is sandwiched between two promoted teams.

That's a very good fixture list. We get City and Liverpool away in the first half of the season as well.

    Fulham home twice? Seems unfair.

Couldnt they have released on another day other than the opening day for the world cup?

    Why?

What’s fixture going to take away from the World Cup?

Liverpool is going to be first game at Spurs new ground. It was meant to be Fulham in gameweek 2, but they will have to play that one at Wembley due to construction delays.

On the other side imagine if they get 4 points out of 6. 6/6 is probably impossible but 4 points would set them up very nicely already.

He must be working for a sports broadcaster.

    Look at this for City

    August
    11: Arsenal (a)
    18: Huddersfield (h)
    25: Wolves (a)
    September
    1: Newcastle (h)
    15: Fulham (h)
    22: Cardiff (a)
    29: Brighton (h)
    October
    6: Liverpool (a)
    20: Burnley (h)
    27: Tottenham (a)

Lot of early tests for them, while they comfortably wiped the floor with Spurs at Wembley Spurs away has been their undoing 2 of the last 3 seasons as has been their trips to Anfield, will be interesting if they can survive all of those

I got a little confused by that, thought Spurs were playing first three away games first. Suppose Fulham could just test out playing at Wembley themselves so that's another away game.

It looks like a tough October but very easy September. They'll smash everyone from Huddersfield to Brighton.

Anyone added CL and cup dates into our list yet? Interested to see where our bigger games fall alongside these.

No fecking this up, Jose. Couldn't have hoped for a better looking set of fixtures, even though everyone ends up playing everyone.

No nightmare back to back away days against the big boys.
