I don't mind him but if he really said that, that's just plain stupid.

It’s Ronny, always about him and personal accolades.

Love him and I hate him at the same time.

Lame comment from him. We scored two goals, they didn't. As someone who frequently won with United despite the team doing "nothing" for most of the game he should wind his neck in a bit

So like those goals didn't happen?

Even with clear evidence he wants to deny it. Good thing we have a few million witnesses and it being filmed worldwide.

We done nothing in the game at OT. This time we pressed, tackled, passed and moved and look a lot better without Lukaku.

Sorry Ronaldo. We done well against your brilliant team.

Apart from scoring 2 goals? The things that actually win matches? Until they start give points for teeth whitening, showing off your abs and the amount of hair gel applied - we did everything needed to win the match.

I mean, we kinda did in comparison to Juve.

They had a million chances ... we hit one shot and scored 2 goals.

He also went on about how Juventus gifted us the win and we did nothing at all to deserve it.

This guy just couldn't take an L with decency even against his former team and had to show his true colors because his ego couldn't take it.

He loves pretending that he's this respectful guy toward us but this game aole when things don't go his way, he showed what he's really about. The abs flexing, the sore loser comments etc.

Juventus had 3 shots on target, the same as ourselves. Martial skinned their defence which led to the freekick for the first goal.

Saying we did nothing is just bitter talk.

Typical comments from a guy who pretends to love this club even though he accused us of treating him like a slave so he could leave us:
    https://www.theguardian.com/football/2008/jul/11/manchesterunited.premierleague1

Subsequently used us to boost his contract with Madrid and then eventually signs for Juventus - scores against us and celebrates wildly. Look at the difference between him and Pogba last night in terms of how they reacted when they scored or were involved in goals against their former teams.

Ronaldo's love for United is a lie.

They did hit the woodwork twice and also blaze a couple of good cut backs over. They were definitely the better team but they didn't finish us off and that's their own fault but we fought to stay in it and nicked it with a couple of set pieces.

How many times was De Gea rooted to the spot for shots that went just past the post? (or hit the bar in one instance?)

I mean come on guys.... who actually thought we were going to win that game with 10 minutes left to play?

If this exact same game happened but we had been Juve and them us.... we'd also be saying they did nothing and won the game. Besides, I'm sure he doesn't mean literally nothing - it's just a turn of phrase.

We didnt. Hes right, they should have been 3:0 up before Ronaldo scored and they should've added 2 after his scored. Frankly 3:0 would've reflected the game much better.

Just sour grapes, he scored one of the best goals of his life and it counted for nothing.

Bollocks to him ....and his abs!

Our performance, overall was average at best. They had numerous chances to kill it a 1-0 and missed them all. When we had chances, we took them.

Was my favourite player during his time here. Now I couldn’t give a toss about him. Once he retires I’ll look at him more fondly, but lets be realistic if guven the chance he’d still dive or cheat against us in order to win for Juventus giving the opportunity.

But they didn't score/take those chances, did they ? The guy is just salty that his wonderful goal wasn't the highlight of the night. Give him some tequila and lime I say.

Go read the OP, the full quote has been added and it's actually worse. Saying we did nothing to win is a load of nonsense.

It's their own faults the couldn't take their chances, meanwhile on our hand we created our won chances and took them. The man is just a bitter narcissist who is seathing from the loss. An utter sore loser.

Exactly and he is totally Juventus were the better team and have every right to wonder just how did they lose that.

Seriously what do some utd fans want here ? Should he lie and say well utd are just the best team ever and we feel grateful they let us lead for so long ?

His Real Madrid team didn't deserve to win in 2013 either but what do I know? Swings and roundabouts, I guess.

Speaking of gifted wins, maybe he should give back some of his European Cup wins with Madrid? He's just bitter to have lost.
