If Woy doesn't go now I might cry.
Rawk saying he's a goner tomorrow.
So if he isn't gone tomorrow... he surely will be on Monday when we school the scousers on Sunday.
On a side note... anyone else think his players are playing to get him fired... FFS most look like they couldn't give a red rats ass about the results or their shite position in the table.
Seems you've changed your tune.
It's far too easy and fashionable to blame Hodgson for everything.
The likes of Torres, Cole and Johnson should be ashamed of themselves.
Supposed to be professionals, earning massive amounts and look completely disinterested.
heck they will play out of their skins Sunday if he is gone.
Cracks me up.
This might be the best most pointless vid ever
Walking a tightrope now.
They will play out of their skins whether he is gone or not on Sunday.
When that happens with any club you'd say that the manager has "lost the dressing room". It's a common phrase which implies that the manager has failed to do his job (for whatever reason) and it's time for him to move on. Why should it not mean that same with Hodgson and the Liverpool team?
Hodgson is simply out of his depth and he himself has said on more than one occasion that he cannot do any more than he is doing with the situation.
It's Hodgson's fault Torres can't control the ball on the first touch, or that Skrtel can't defend, or Gerrard can't take penalties, or that Glen Johnson can't defend..
Yep. It's all Woys' fault.
Sure. I mean, it's interesting to see someone refer to Serie A as a "little league" but, whatever makes the point, eh?
Was that meant for me?
Do you mind explaining what you mean if it was?
Go read the quote you "boomed"
''The English football public have been deluded into thinking he is another Bobby Moore because he went abroad and coached in little leagues around Europe .....''
Roy coached a big side in the Serie A, when that league was still numero uno in the world.
The Literal Brothers.
I cannot help ye.
This is the point though - they'll sack Woy and then the next manager will have it all to do again. Hopefully the timescale of anyone at LFC realising will coincide with the end of the season and see them relegated.
More like you cannot help yourself from being so wrong.
I'm hoping for Dalglish to get the job and relegate them Alan Shearer style.
I would love to engage in a soporific, and extremely meaningful, tête-à-tête with you, Chief but I have some toenails to eat.
I think what it was intended for was a rebuke of your indictment of a rather bitter and unfair character assasination of a man who's only crime is not pleasing Liverpool's rampantly obsessive fans in the half a year he's been there. Despite shocking performances from the players under his charge, most of whom were disciples of the previous regime, and a pretty unsupportive fanbase it must be said as well, Roy now deserves nothing but scorn and his history to be re-written and slandered because some fans are looking for a singular cathartic excuse and an easy scapegoat...why it was G&H all but a couple of months ago. Now it's all Roy. It's all someone else..Kill the pig, cut his throat, bash him in.
Not that Roy deserves to stay of course, but cheap and rather OTT attacks like that are rather pathetic IMO.
But "Boom" indeed.
Good point. Criticizing someone for undermining Woy's accomplishments to make a point is being "literal."
Serie A was and is far from a "little league."
He has accomplished what many, many have not.
Sadly, he doesn't have what it takes to turn around a mediocre squad.
The Moral Crusader?
Bon apetite. A feast to celebrate how wrong you are is befitting.
I am not saying he hasn't.
He is obviously a good manager. Just not the right fit for Liverpool in my view.
I want him gone poste haste.
Kill the pig, cut his throat, bash him in. Your point?
Just so I know as I eat, what am I wrong about?
from twitter.. badgerwolf: Stories breaking that Roy Hodgson has been sacked..
Bangeroy. Did you get tickets for Sunday Nick?
Gone at 1 today.
Applied for City though, so fingers crossed.
Just enjoy your feast mate
He's gone on skiing leave apparently.
