No chance they'd sell to us. Signals bad news for us in their pursuit of Felix too

It seems strange City want to get rid, there must be something about his attitude if both City want rid and Germany didn’t select him for the World Cup. He has so much talent.

He's City's Martial. If Pep had Martial he'd be looking more like Sane but Pep would also bin him after it became apparent he plays for himself. No point in having potential if you never develop it.

You mean the one with him celebrating a goal against Monaco in a nothing game in the CL?

Also worth noting that he had the badge changed on the kit from a City badge to just a non-descript football kit...

Harsh. Monaco remember that tie very fondly.

It was a group stage I believe? Not a knockout round.

I reckon Pep will sell him to us if we want the player. Don't think he really cares about our city rivalry. But then the chiefs at City could prove abit difficult to convince

What a terrible rendition of his face, I didn’t realize the sculptor of CR7 moonlights as a tattoo artist.

Pep's clearly not convinced about something with the player. His workrate never seems to be an issue so I'd be keen to know what it is that Pep is unsure of.

Weren't they always in for him?
I thought citeh simply outbid Bayern for his services at the time.

Would massively improve us but you'd expect if things aren't going our way he'd be one of the first wanting to jump ship. Not sure if chasing him is the correct thing to do.

It's baffling to me. Like a lot of explosive young players he can blow a bit hot and cold, but when he's hot he is virtually unplayable. He's one of the players that I'm just terrified of being on the teamsheet and he worries me more than any other City player, which is astonishing given their quality. There's obviously some other issue as people have mentioned that both City and Germany don't necessarily seem to be convinced. Still, I will be incredibly relieved if City let him go. Of course, they'll probably then go and get Mbappe or someone...

    Duncan Castles? Who?

The player is German. The agent is German. The club is German. And the source is?

Nah, Monaco did them in the quarters. Falcao scored a great chip/lob.

Pep knew he was joining City and hoovered up the top talent in Bundesliga. KdB and Sane.

He is a very different winger though. He is more Douglas Costa with a brain than Ribery

If I recall correctly Bayern and KdB had an agreement but Bayern didn’t want to pay enough to Wolfsburg. What a massive shame in hindsight.

which is not the issue. They are selling to direct rivals for European glory. it will likely return to haunt them

Good player. But that’s two managers questioning his attitude. People criticised Lowe for leaving him out but he probably would have not changed anything for Germany in the World Cup.

Meh. Robben was criticized attitude wise till he landed at Bayern and the rest is history.

Perfect transfer for Bayern. No way they sell to us, and as many have said there must be some attitude issues behind the scenes despite his obvious talent.

can't believe that. He always looks keen when he comes on from the bench and has been really good this season. I can only think he wants to go home
