He has had five months to improve the team, but the team seem to be getting worse the more time he has spent with them. The team hasn't shown any sign of good coaching nor cohesion, and he seems to be completely out of his depth.
Our form in the last few weeks is how managers usually get the sack, and with Solskjaer's not-so mindblowing CV, should he really be giving millions to spend and trusted to lead us into next season, or should the club be more ruthless, sack him and consider other appointments? At this point, I would say giving him millions to spend would be rewarding mediocrity.

Back him and let him fix the squad. We'll see where we are next summer. There is absolutely no quick fox for this.

Sack. But also the players. I haven't seen a single thing he has tried to implement since he's been here on the pitch.

He says all the right things but not seeing it

Sack. Giving him money and time would be even bigger mistake than giving a contract in March.

Don't know, but can we really say he's had a chance without a transfer window. Hes inherited a lot of players that he clearly doesn't want here.

If there’s no technical directors coming in to help with recruitment this summer, then OGS is already handicapped enough and in which case I’d get rid. Getting in a football board at the club is so, so important right now... Every manager is a risk but at least we can mitigate those risks if we have competent football people in the background who can keep the club running when one of our risks doesn’t pay off.

I’d feel a lot more optimistic if we had football directors above OGS as first team head coach, and they spent the summer culling the deadwood and making astute signings.

If Poch was available, it’s a no brainer.

You're corret, this issue at United runs far deeper and our efforts of anger and frustration should be aimed at woodword and the glazers.

Been having my doubts over him but maintained the opinion that he should be given a chance.

After 0-2 to Cardiff I can't defend him anymore. It's inexcusable. I'm deeply worried.

He's clueless. To be honest. I admit i got sucked into the hype because of nostalgia. But we need to correct our mistake.

Sack him sadly. Totally out of his depth and we simply can't afford to throw another season before it's even began! Football is shocking. Consistently picks the wrong team. Can't beat teams already relegated. I have no faith in us managing to get in the top 4 next season!

Back him, we need to sack the people above him for the mess they've created and restructure into a modern team. Also need to be ruthless when it comes to transfers and stop hanging onto the past.

I love Ole, but I honestly think the club needs to think of the bigger picture at this point. It's a big gamble to continue with Ole, I don't think the board really understood how bad this squad actually is until now.

Do we stick with a risky option in Ole or do we actually bring in someone experienced with rebuilding a squad? Safe or risky? You surely have to go with the safe option at this point, not sure you can really afford to mess this window up.

But if we do bring a new Manager in we have to continue with the plan of rebuilding the squad this Summer. No more of this bullshit "im going to analyse for a season then rebuild". Do it straight away.

Keep the revolving door of managers going and enjoy the new manager bounce a few times per season.

Spin the wheel again, can't put such a crucial rebuild in to the hands of an unknown who has had us in relegation form. Sorry Ole but I'm sure he knows he'd make that decision if he was boss.

    Sack.

I was so so wrong on both him and Poch. No shame. I'll admit it now than waiting for more evidence.

Throw whatever money we have at Poch and let him rebuild the squad in summer.

Bad thing is, Ole does not really have any top level experience, and United dont have a top level team to let him make harmless mistakes neither.

Do we have any potential replacement?

I'm now thinking that the early form was a combination of players want to prove Mourinho wrong and coaching of Carrick/Mckenna.

Sack him and put Woody in charge of transfers while we sort out a DOF and new manager? The club is already a mess as it is.

I confused what is he supposed to do without a transfer window? Theres too many fanboys of the players who refuse to acknowledge there a massive amount of trash in our sqaud that no manager could turn them into a top team again

I'd probably say sack him but there's so much wrong at every level of the club that it wouldn't matter what manager we brought in, we'd still be shite until there's a massive overhaul from top to bottom.
