I've seen how proud some of you are of your culinary expertise, so, I thought it might be an idea to have a thread where we can blog something as we cook it. I've decided to cook a rabbit pie today. So, as long as my t'internet connection holds up, I'll try to blog it. Never actually cooked a rabbit pie before, so I had a quick scan of what's in the fridge and i've decided that its gonna be a rabbit, leek, redcurrant and apricot pie. About 45mins ago I put the rabbit pieces in a pan with a bit of water, half an onion, salt, pepper and a couple of bay leaves. I'm going to take the rabbit out in a minute and take the meat off and then return the bones to make a nice thick stock. Somehow. brb.
