You see, that's actually John having to check his movement because Sanchez was very slowly moving backwards. Everyone knows that every third step John Terry has to raise his knees ridiculously high.

It's part of his aerobic exercises.

It never fails to surprise me how footballers think they can get away with that kinda stuff on the pitch. There are cameras everywhere with thousands in the crowd and millions watching on TV. You can't hide.

I don't like Chelsea but Terry could have cost his team Big Time. Hardly a captain's example.

Not even after his excuse for racially abusing Anton Ferdinand?

It would amuse me if his excuse was used against him in court as showing him being dishonest.

Did Scholes and Keane get medals in 99'? They should, Keane in particular, he got us there!

I'm pretty sure they did, but they felt a bit hollow about it because they couldn't contribute.

If they win, Terry will be considered a hero in the papers. He sacrificed himself for the team. Made a life-long England captain. Transfer rumors to Barca.

Yes. Keane said he has them in a drawer somewhere and doesn't think he really "won" them though.

Maybe he said he thinks Scholes did that with his then. I remember reading something like that in his book. He did say the medals felt hollow though.

Jimmy Ryan has a winners medal from both 68 and 99 without being involved in either final

So Chelsea made it to the final but he can't play?

    This couldn't get any better.

I actually hope the win it now. :P

I'd rather Barca have thrashed Chelsea and all the blame gets put on Terry. Now there'll be nothing about it in the papers.

Terry, Ivanovic, Ramires and Meireles all out. Were all bankers on playing the final surely?

Great questions from Geoff Shreeves, was he rubbing it in to Ivanovic that he can't play.

In some wierd funny way going down to 10 men might have actually helped chelski.

It gave barca a sense of security and before they knew it ramires hit them on the break.

Allowed chelski to just solely focus on having all their players defend defend and defend some more. 6 at the back! 3 in midfield

Then finally after almost 45 minutes of defending torres finished them off.

    All because JT got sent off :lol;

You know what? Maybe it was all part of his masterplan?

A heroic self sacrifice for his team to build a seige mentality for the rest of the game. They visibly defended better with 10 men.

On a serious note, what a complete twat Terry really is. Fergie would have him out of the club for indiscipline like that in such a big game. I honestly would be completely sick of him if I was a Chelsea fan. He's a liability.

You have to feel for the likes of Ivanovic and Ramires who where excellent over the 90 minutes and deserve to be in the final after a performance like that. Very much like Keano and Fletcher on their performances tonight.

He deserves to be dropped for the rest of the season and swiftly sold in the summer to the first club stupid enough to take him on.

The people who know him as a person? This is a man currently charged with inciting racial hatred or something along those lines, let's not forget.
