    Many years ago while I lived in Berlin there was a tagger called 'level'. There wasn't a district in the entire city where you wouldn't read his tags.

    well i wouldnt have mind seeing a bit just to judge if it was as crap as it sounds - I dont mind a bit of graffiti if done properly

    BTW I am a Londoner and I have never heard of him
