You see that team sheet and you have to wonder why Romero has settled for a back up role. He could start for most of the teams in the league, seems a waste.

They look sharper and quicker than what they have been the last 12 months or so...only some poor final passes that separates us from a lead

Chong and Gomes are a delight to watch. Making easy work of bigger more experienced players.

China’s run earlier deserved better. Gomes making that Cnut Charlie Adams look like the garbage he is

    Nice Run from Dalot!

Didn’t see his options near the box. Not much on

Not at all. Chong have the ball away twice in quick succession but both of them have been good.

Dalot looks massive here. Has made a few good passes and just had a good run before overrunning the ball.

Stoke physically stronger than United. United kids are better technically. Dalot has not really been in the game.

Great feet from Gomes. Clapped by the crowd. Must have been 3 men at least trying to foul him

Dalot has not been able to get to the byline. Tried a few Ronaldo-esque stepovers without much success.

Let's wait and see how he progresses. Very likely playing within himself tonight. Just easing himself back into football after a long layoff.

Very nice play. Would have been sensational had it not bounced off stoke defenders arm

    Was that Gomes again?

Chong and Gomes look like they have a great understanding. They both drift absolutely everywhere but still never get in each other's way. Really hope they get a chance in the first team soon.

Yes, but regardless, getting giddy over youngsters potentially making it big at the club is a big part of being a United supporter:drool:
