Alot being said about the game but what I saw at the end brought football back to the dark ages.

Both Wigan and City failed to control their fans and should face hefty punishment from the FA. The amount of missiles and advertising hoardings ripped up and thrown by the City travelling support was disgusting. In addition heard coins and bottles were being thrown by both sets of fans.

The FA should make an example of them both. Totally unacceptable.

Looking at that video from tunnel, Pep was a classless twat there. Expected, we get to see his true colours whenever City lose or drop points. I am not expecting FA to do anything about it though.

Agree but they're not going to do anything to City, I would bet on it.

United and Liverpool both were punished for much less in the Europa League.

Yeah but that's us, no way they're touching Englands new pet. If Mourinho did the same in the tunnel like Pep 3 match ban instantly, Pep will get nothing, Aguero nothing and their fans nothing. I seriously believe that.

That's the European governing body. They have no say in this case. City and Wigan should be punished.

And Pep should face a ban for his disgraceful behaviour in the tunnel. Can you imagine if Mourinho did the same?

Just saw Pep's antics in the tunnel. Maybe the coked up jokes are true, because that was worse than even what Conte or Jose would likely get up to.

That was Uefa though. The FA on the other hand wont lift a finger besides some token fine and a warning as to future behaviour. Which will actually hurt Wigan more than City.

When I saw Pep acting like that, I almost put City above the red Dippers in my hatred stakes... almost.

Man City showed their how unclassy they were last night, I mean, The state of Guardiola, Shouting at the Wigan manager, It just shows he's not the nice guy that the press and media portray him.

If Millwall fans can invade the Wembley pitch, I don’t see a huge issue with Wigan fans going a bit mental after beating the Champions elect in the cup.

Idiots exist in all corners, including Aguero and Guardiola who are as responsible as anyone for the reactions throughout the night. Their behaviour during the red card incident was out of order, and way past the point of a fair and reasonable protest.

A few of them should be done there. Cook is just trying to walk to his dressing room. Ederson gives him a shove, then Pep is pushing him about, and then another of the City staff shoves him away as if it's Cook who is invading Pep's space.

Infinitely worse than kicking a water bottle, but I expect less to come of it.

A certain irony yesterday. Pep has been outspoken on how his players needed protection and then Delph inflicts a dangerous tackle on the opposition.
Don't think anything will come of the tunnel incident yet it lowers the reputation of Pep and he looks like he can be goaded.

Aguero will probably get a ban, maybe 3 matches. Mitigating circumstances for sure yet he chased after a fan.

The FA should deduct 30 points from Man City and forbid them for playing in the CL for a minimum of 5 years. Anything less, is unacceptable.

Pep's true nature is showing once again after a defeat. It's easy being classy if you just won but it's in defeat that true class shines through, which is something Pep definitely lacks compared to say Pirlo or Buffon for example.

Imagine if that was jose and zlatan. 3 games ban plus all papers would write how pathetic they are. Pep already pushed ref, player and now another coach. Great....

They had 4 minutes of injury time extended to 5 and didn’t look like scoring. Be gracious in defeat to a more deserving team.

City cant handle the pressure of being a big team yet.

Theres a large element of braindead morons amongst the City support. I usually end up with them on my train after a home match usually they're pissed up singing obscene songs with women and children present and abusing people just trying to get home from work. Last time it happened they decided to start threatening a woman on her own with kids because she asked them to stop swearing - thats the level of knuckle dragger we're talking here. Other teams have these fans of course but City seem to have a much bigger cohort.

They threw rocks at a bus I was sat in coming back from Old Trafford after they beat us 1-6.
The bus was full of families with children.

Haven't been near a tv or radio this morning. Is there any media coverage about the incidents or are they ignoring It?

Have to say I didn't realise the City fans were taunted by the Wigan fans on the pitch. Whilst that doesn't excuse their behavior of ripping up advertising boards I think its a bit poor by the Wigan fans who really should just celebrate the moment.

Very little being made about Aguero's incident in the media. Personally think he should get at least a one match ban for that based on previous decisions. As people have said before he would be sent off for similar to a player on the pitch.

They were talking about it on Talksport this morning. Ray Parlour was on with Alan Brazil. I have a lot of time for Parlour. He was in the side that got beaten by us in the 99 F.A. Cup semi at Villa Park. He said about all the United fans coming on and goading them, but said you just have to take it and walk off. He said you shouldn't react or you are asking for trouble.

Agreed. There will be a massive fine for Wigan for failure to control their fans. Nothing more than this.

Did anything happen to City when Rio was hit on the head by a coin or one of their fans ran on to attack the players? I can't remember. Know it was kept pretty quiet.
