Where did I insult you? I referred to your posts on several occasions as is absolutely allowed in the rules, but I was very very careful not to insult you.
Like I said, the spirit of the law. Saying someone is engaging in 'feckwittery' isn't really substantially different to calling them a 'feckwit'. Bragging about how 'fun' it is to skirt the letter of the law doesn't exactly help.

Aye, I do think calling players who we claim to support cnuts, tossers and buffoons should be banned. Absolutely and I've had that discussion on many occasions with the mods who disagree with me. Doesn't mean I can't call you out on it though. If you called Rooney's behaviour out or specifically referred to some of Keane's incidents I wouldn't have said a thing. The fact was you insulted an excellent player in an effort to make your point about a young player who should be getting game time. It was completely unnecessary and reflects badly on all of us.
Right, okay, moving forward should I choose to deride the character of one of our players I'll carefully footnote my 'accusation'. Are we done here?

The difference is substantial enough. The content of your post is being attacked whereas you are not.

The biggest shame is that we neither got to see Fabio playing on the wing linking up with Rafael at RB. Not even once. It would have been twintastic. :(

My dream of Da Silva fullbacks for the next 10 years is over.
They'll meet. Captain Tsubasa style. Both fullbacks blazing across the pitch with scenes lasting for minutes without them moving an inch forward...Then one of them fires off a majestic shot only for the other twin heroically sliding in front and blocking it.

It will be a glorious day.

Blimey. I hadn't been paying much attention to this deal. I assumed it would be a loan, considering Evra is getting on, and Buttner is bollocks.

I always wanted Fabio and Rafael to be first choice full backs on each flank. Surely for aesthetic reasons. It would look badass. Shame Fabio is allegedly not good enough, though he did fine on his loan at QPR. Wasn't given a chance. Somehow Buttner got all those games when Evra got a rest.

Good luck to him and I hope he does well.

It's impossible to understand why Moyes preferred Buttner to him, but anyway.

He didnt do anything to be branded as shit. He even played a CL final for us. The problems were his fitness issues.
Has to be related to his fitness. His propensity for injury makes him unreliable. Hopefully he can make a good career for himself going forward. Always enjoyable to watch.

Yes, but to say he was shit for us makes little sense.

And this year, Buttner was preferred to him even when fabio was fully fit. However one might rate Fabio, he was miles better than buttner who's inexplicably shit.

best of luck for fabio.

I am wondering, fabio and zaha went into another premiership team and yet, macheda still struggling for his place with a team from a lesser division.

Playing in a CL final is not an indicator of how good a player is.
Nope, it isnt but shit players dont generally play a CL final for a club like United.

Anyways, what i actually meant was that his performances werent shit when he played. He played very on and off due to injuries and Evra's owning the LB spot.

He had about 10 good games for the club in 6 years, that too not in the position he was meant to be played in.

He's one of the most overrated players on here.

Still, best of luck to him and hopefully he can have a decent career.

Nobody's asking him to be made our No 1 left back. But he's better than Buttner and should have been our 2nd choice LB and RB.

Yeah, like I said it seems strictly about reliability. Why would a manager put any faith in a player who will probably end up on the treatment table?
