Fox are making a TV series based on the film, which is brilliant, so I'll be having a look at it. Starts next month.

They've released these short teasers, don't think there's a proper trailer.

Saw the first episode of the Dusk till Dawn tv series. Was pretty good, the actor playing Seth definately is trying to bring some of Clooney's mannerisms into it. Movies made into TV series has been a hit and miss thing some great ones (MASH) and some awful ones (Delta House based on Animal House).

Was a popular trend in the 70's and 80's, seems to be picking up again.

It is a great cast. Interested to see Martin Freeman branching out a bit. I have never seen the film. Should I before this starts?

It's an excellent film so I'd say yes.

It won't have anything to do with the film plot so you don't need to watch it, but it's a great film.

Anyway, does anybody think it'll be any good? Do fox normally make good shows?

Louie's excellent. But that's because of Louis.

Are you sure it won't relate to the film? Looks pretty similar from these little clips.

Fantastic first episode.

I take it back about Tim's accent. Pretty good riff on the William H Macey character actually.

I wasn't expecting them to cram so much into a pilot but I'm intrigued as to where they take it from here.

Although they're only producers it's definitely got a Coen feel to it.

Just watched it and aye, it's very promising.

Starts on Channel 4 this Sunday night incase anyone's wondering.

I read that it's got different characters to the film? They seem pretty much identical from the trailers though, is it more of an "inspired by" type thing? Looking forward to it anyway, will catch it at the weekend.
