Think he's a nailed on starter bar injury. They don't celebrate much at youth level.
Do you think he'll be going to Marveld this year? Hopefully he keeps on doing well.
13 years old (U14s).He was called up for England U15s training camp earlier this season so clearly has no problem representing England. How old is Gomes now? Do you know if he is declared for England? I remember reading on another site that he was born and raised in Manchester.
We never know at this stage but as I've said above,he won't face any issue if he want to represent England. Is he more likely to declare for England or for Portugal?
Cheers
Well hes going to be playing at Marveld in a couple of weeks and likely to be in Englands Victory shield squad in a few months time so I just decided to write it before theres a raft of other similar articles and as you say the club played him in a televised tournament so dont seem to be trying to keep it quiet like they have with certain other players. It's a good piece written by a classy bloke but - generally speaking - there's something a bit iffy about raising a 13-year-old's profile. Still, we took him to a televised u17s tournament in Slovakia so in this instance I guess it's cool.
I could do with this bookjb you need a good sub-editor dude, commas and full stops are your friend
Good goal but what the feck were you going to watch on telly next? His goal against WBA during the Nike St.George Trophy:

That was my response too. Embarrassing Bodies, maybe?Good goal but what the feck were you going to watch on telly next?
Don't think anyone has said he's a striker.He's a no.10/CM with outrageous dribbling and passing.http://www.prideofalleurope.com/2014/05/photo-exciting-united-starlet-signs-2-year-deal/?
EDIT:
For a 13 year old, he looks pretty useful. Good ball control, passing and tackles.
Looks a midfield player rather than striker...which is what has been said.
U15's Lewis Thompson also made the bench. On the bench against Blackburn U18's today.
Haven't heard of him. What position does he play?U15's Lewis Thompson also made the bench.
Best position is LB I think although can play CB and CM.Captained that age group since very young age and played for both England U16s and Northern Ireland U16s.Haven't heard of him. What position does he play?
Don't think so Lewis was with us since 7-8 and Jordan only moved here at 14-15.To confuse it even more we have a trialist (or already signed) in the same age group of Lewis that also called Lewis Thompson.Related to Jordon Thompson?
Not on MUTV.65 min already gone. We're leading 2-1 with both goals from Ollie Rathbone.what time is the game? is it on MUTV?
Rooney's natural successor?Heard yesterday he's been signed up by Paul Stretford.
What game would that be? The u16s were in action yesterday?Caught some of the game against Burnley last night, Gomes looks like a great player, superb touch and vision.
Yeah U16s friendly I think.Trialist Albion Ademi scored 1 assisted 1 in the same match. What game would that be? The u16s were in action yesterday?
Cool. Quick googling seems to indicate Ademi's wanted by City as well. This is a perfect chance for us to prove that all the fancy talk about upping our youth recruitment game wasn't just a load of testicles.Yeah U16s friendly I think.Trialist Albion Ademi scored 1 assisted 1 in the same match.
Any idea how many trialists played? I heard a couple young Belgian lads were involvedCaught some of the game against Burnley last night, Gomes looks like a great player, superb touch and vision.
