I'm not convinced Celtic have went up a level tbh.Probably Celtic to win. At the end of last season, Rangers were a better team. But they've dropped a level since then while Celtic have moved up one.
There's not even an early kick off in the Prem tomorrow. Should've stuck the Manc derby there. It's great that this fixture is back on the calendar, and bonkers that it's the same time as the Manchester derby. I understand the police reasons but surely just do one Sunday lunchtime?
Just realised both City and Celtic are playing CL on Tuesday. There's not even an early kick off in the Prem tomorrow. Should've stuck the Manc derby there.
This is the first Saturday Old Firm game for ages, the reason it had to be played on the Sat had nothing to do with the police, it was all because Celtic's potential participation in the CL and a potential Tuesday night fixture. It's great that this fixture is back on the calendar, and bonkers that it's the same time as the Manchester derby. Nobody really gives a shit about the CL this season, do they?Just realised both City and Celtic are playing CL on Tuesday.
Outside of the big clubs, probably notNobody really gives a shit about the CL this season, do they?
This. Couldn't have put it better myself.Celtic should realistically win but because of that it wouldn't surprise me if Rangers nick something. It'll probably be very open and I can see there being a fair few goals.
Yeah I'd agree with that. Rangers lacking some of the energy and fluency from last season and are still undermined by a softness at the back and at set-pieces. Which are the kind of things that tend to get exposed in Old Firm games. Celtic are still wobbly as well though to be fair and have been lucky in a few games this season.I'm not convinced Celtic have went up a level tbh.
Struggled in Europe massively and undeservedly made the group stages IMO. Were lucky against Hearts. Rangers have went down a level at least though, changing the midfield has been a negative towards Rangers.
The decision to blow £1.8m on a forward and not fix the defence is going to cost the manager his job.Yeah I'd agree with that. No they won't. They were dreadful today and Celtic will stroll the title with ease but Rangers are probably still favourites for 2nd. I can only see Aberdeen or Hearts finishing above them and neither have really set the world alight thus far. I do think Rangers will finish much closer to 3rd if they do get 2nd though than 1st, because the gulf in quality was massive today.I only watched the first half, Celtic will win all the games against Rangers this season, cant believe some think Rangers will finish in the top 2, they will struggle to make the top 4.
He really hasn't shown too much since he joined , very underwhelming in some games but most confident that hel come good and go on to better things.Dembele and Roberts are way too good for the SPL. I would be surprised if Celtic manage to hold onto Dembele for more than 2 seasons.
Yep, even better watching Scott Browns interview after it.It was fun to watch Sevco being humiliated like that.
I think Dembele has had a very good start all things considered. He's an extremely talented player which is why he was very close to a move to Spurs in January. His pass for Sinclairs' goal was superb and his 3 goals were all well taken, especially the second where he made a show of Senderos. He really hasn't shown too much since he joined , very underwhelming in some games but most confident that hel come good and go on to better things.
Do you have a link by any chance?Yep, even better watching Scott Browns interview after it.
