Stoke City Football Club (nicknamed The Potters) are a professional football club based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. Stoke City was founded as Stoke Ramblers in 1863 when pupils of Charterhouse School formed a football club while apprentices at the North Staffordshire Railway Works works in Stoke-on-Trent; and the club changed its name to Stoke City in 1925 after Stoke-on-Trent was granted city status. They are the second oldest professional football club in the world, after Notts County, and are one of the 12 founding members of the Football League which was founded in 1888. Although Stoke haven't enjoyed a lot of title-winning success in their 150 year old existence, they have fielded the likes of Stanley Matthews, Gordon Banks, Alan Hudson and Dennis Violett through the years. Stoke's most prominent rivals are Wolverhampton Wanderers, West Bromwich Albion, and local club Port Vale; and they play their home games at the Britannia Stadium.

Got a feeling they're going to come with nothing to lose. All their good players will be on fire and they'll get an unexpected win

Heres hoping. No rashford only to give him a bit of a rest and to get the 2 others in who are our best wide players by a distance IMO.

Same team that beat Leicester with Mkhitaryan replacing Lingard. Same performance too would be nice.

Think this will be the easiest predicted line-up somehow. I think Shaw and Mkhitaryan will be fit for this.

    Early Predicted Line-up:
    __________________________________________________________________

    1. de Gea

    25. Valencia 3. Bailly 12. Smalling 17. Blind

    21. Herrera 6. Pogba

    19. Rashford 8. Mata 11. Martial

    9. Ibrahimovic
    ___________________________________________________________________

    Bench:
    20. Romero, 24. Fosu-Mensah, 23. Shaw, 27. Fellaini, 14. Lingard, 22. Mkhitaryan, 10. Rooney

    Predicted Score: Man Utd 4
    -0 Stoke (Ibrahimovic X3, Martial)

This is ideal but not sure if Micky is fit yet so I would stick with Rashford but Jose does have a boner for Lingard so could see him there. As long as Rojo and Fellaini are not playing and Wayne is on the bench I will be happy.

But a better performance would be nice. That series of corners made our performance look a lot better than it otherwise was.

Mkhitaryan has to start. Ffs we got the best player from the Bundesliga, he needs to be integrated into the team ASAP!!

I want Miki to start but we all know he's not going to come straight back into the side after his injury. I mean, he wasn't even fit enough to make the bench - in the Europa league - so he definitely isn't starting.

This would be my team and ideally I'd want us this to be our main one throughout the season. But as for this particular game, I think Miki won't be starting due to lack of match fitness after come back from an injury. I'm hoping the rest is right though with Rashord on 1 wing(though the kid needs to improve his decision making. Great striker so far but he isn't doing it as a winger with all the wasted opportunities he screw up after trying to beat 3 players in the box instead of opting for simple passes to better positioned players)

The guy picked up an injury in international duty, practically hasn't played since (except for the City game first half, where he was not so good), so let him play now so he can recover to go on international duty again? Don't think so…

Just a detail, but why are people putting Martial on the left and Rashford on the right-wing? The two last times they're both on the pitch it was the opposite.
