Weird you´d put Ginola with PSG in this thread. That´s where he made his name in France and internationally. Most people outside of England would totally associate him with the Parisian side.
Yeah but PSG weren't the oily lottery winners in the early 90s that they are now. Nobody'd heard of them outside of France back then.

That's a shirt swap, right? When did this happen?
The photo on the left - I don't remember the story behind it, probably some charity game for Kubala. I vaguely remember it, plus Di Stefano looks significantly older. Edit - yep, Kubala's testimonial, 1961

Di Stefano played a couple games for Barca before they gave him up to Madrid (a complicated story, you can google it if you want), the second photo is from that time (1953)
Puskas, iirc, also played a few games for Barca (and Espanyol) - during a limbo between Hungary and Madrid, but they couldn't sign him because of the ban. FA didn't allow us to sign him either

Didn't people know Gordan Ramsey used to be at Rangers? For some reason I thought that was common knowledge

George Donis. First Greek in the premier league. Was linked with United for a bit before joining Blackburn, dubbed the Greek Georgie Best.

Flopped.

Jim Pakistan at Villa:

And at Burnley:

And at St Mirren:

Also, Adebayor was apparently at Palace this year:

Which still isn't a weird as this:

Then again, Madrid have form for forgettable signings:

And this one:

And of course, Faubert, Gravesen and Woodgate, who we're all very aware of.
