I'm glad TAW are making their own forum, if it's so fecking easy good luck to them. We have never had a single advert on RAWK, and nobody has ever made a penny from this.

For well over a decade we have relied on donations, I can speak personally that moderating this forum has affected my private life, I've been abused, accused and god knows what else.

I've also spent months and months of my spare time getting nagged by my partner for rebuilding this site, which when we relaunched I got more abuse, and I had to justify why I spent my time working on that when we could've been doing anything else.

But it's ok, because some silly c*nt got themself banned it's open season on the moderators, I've been called a prostitute and worse on here by people who wouldn't fecking dream of saying it to my face, from morons who have never been the match in their life but it's ok because RAWK doesn't discriminate... does it?

We've ran a ticket exchange on here that has helped hundreds of people get match tickets, yes we know it has been abused but for the most part the exchange has been a great help to people.

Do you know what, lads?

I wouldn't cry if RAWK closed tomorrow, what's the fecking point in Ben running it at a great cost to himself for ungrateful little pricks who've never been to Liverpool in their life to cry over their mates being banned for being smug little bellends who told you Sturridge was shit? I told you Jordan Henderson can't do this or that, I told you Adam Lallana's stats don't stack up against Toni Kroos or Xavi.

feck off. The reason this site has gone downhill is because of YOU, not us.

It is YOUR forum, not ours.

The best writers, or the top scousers who only use RAWK to move their tickets or the mods who have had enough of your shit, it is YOUR fecking forum.

feck off.

We going to keep an eye on TAW too?
Might be able to find some gems here too, atleast if the mods don't lock the threads as they do on rawk.

What does TAW mean btw? The Anfield W*nkers?

That Claire mod admin person is the worst Mini Hitler on there.

She has no class whatsoever either. Reminds me of that Scouse woman in Shameless (remember that?!)

It'd be a sad day if RAWK closed down. I hope they keep going long into the future.

They won't close down. It's just bluster.

Basically, the regulars on there have had enough of good posters being banned for having a negative opinion of a certain player or the manager.

On RAWK you only ever get away with criticism of the owners and even then, you have to be careful.

The forum is batshit mental. There are never any new threads in the Liverpool section because mods don't allow it half the time.

Whilst it's important to have rules and a certain degree of control at an internet discussion forum, the RAWK mods take it all way too seriously and seem to get off on the 'power' they have.

Basically, to survive at RAWK:

1. Talk about Instanbul a lot. They never tire of it.

2. Roy Hodgson is a fecking owl.

3. Rafa Benitez is one of the best managers to grace the Premier League. He never won it because of the owners at the time.

4. Man Utd always have a lucky manager and awful players. When Man Utd are winning, its luck OR that the refs favour United.

5. Have an imaginary friend who is a Man Utd or Everton supporter. This imaginary person always talks about how they support the best team around and that they have the best players, and has meltdowns and is actually jealous of Liverpool fans.

6. Find a player who had one very good match once and then completely overrate him whenever he doesn't play and act as if he is going to save Liverpool's season (Sakho etc).

7. Use the words Boss and La. "Lucas is boss, la." Even the RAWKites from Norway (and there are fecking loads of them) use top Scouse banter.

8. Finish every post in the fulll time match threads with "Onwards and upwards." Even if you've just been knocked out of the cup by Wolves and look awful. They've been saying it for many years now.

9. Address Klu Klux Kenneth as 'the King."

10. Address that odious cretin Robbie Folwer who looks like a monster from Dark Souls as 'God'.

Adhere to the above and you will last many years on RAWK.

Funny how Aldridge writes for one of those papers, the Sunday World, including saying in March 2015 that Liverpool would finish eight points above United that season and get fourth(they finished six or seven points below United), and in the 10/11 season say that Nani's goal against Tottenham was one of the most disgraceful things he's ever seen in football.

So it's their forums provided of course they don't actually voice a contrary opinion.

Do the people who only use RAWK as a ticket exchange really care what opinions people post given that they must not read them?

Behind the right goal post as "Whiteside shoots!"

Is it a default to refer to Fowler as God? Or is it the other way around, where ''Thank God for that'' ends up printed out as ''Thank Fowler for that'' <--- not sure.

The recent controversial banning of a highly regarded poster (lets call them HRP) was over name calling I think, but with a twist. It is tricky to discern from the thread (possible deletion cover-up). They were arguing about Hendo in the Henderson thread, curiously enough. And HRP was in the very pro camp & a bit lonely therein of the said camp. But he stuck to it for yonks & was using impressive stats & & links & quotes & stuff but under heavy fire when there was an exchange of name calling & apparently HRP said that he didn't want to necessarily be regarded as being purely from the mould of a social justice warrior top red or something & occasionally wanted to rebel a bit - exactly what I couldn't find, tbh.

edit - not sure now if he was for or against JH, tbh

Anyway, this is brilliant - he got shopped to the mods for denigrating the Hillsborough campaign who after extensive consideration upheld the Complaint thought it was very serious & could not resist unleashing the HAMMER of BAN. It than transpired that those people who he might have been perceived to be insulting didn't think it was worth bothering over & have it would seem given the mods a bit of in-house stick (possibly also deleted I think).

That is only my interpretation & guesswork.

Don't know if it's the same guy, but there was some stuff quoted in here a month or so ago, where the poster was banned for his political views. He wasn't a rabid socialist, like the RAWK mods like to think is what the Liverpool fan base should be, and was got rid of. Hadn't insulted anyone, hadn't been reported, hadn't done anything other than argue from a sort of capitalism point of view. Lots of posters he was debating with were unhappy about it, too.

different guy - latest one was genuinely quite well liked - think it was a little bit of a ''with regret'' offing rather than your man & his different point of view which they can't be having because...

Sometimes we have posters whose presence and the way they post generates pages of garbage that we have to spend time cleaning up

Re-our team

This is a weakened squad and would get beat by most of the top 10 in prem

Buts enough for championship team. The team we put out yesterday in the first half simply wasn't as good as wolves

(I've gone here,  , and I've not even read this yet)

aha, here's a thread talking about the latest banning here

http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=334504.0

got locked early doors, obviously :D

edit - ah, he was using stats from a vaguely Sun connected site & when called on this said something like ''blah blah don't comeback at me with'' or ''let's not involve Social Justice Warrior stuff'' or something

thus singlehandedly destabilising the entire Hillsborough Campaign he had to go, innit?

That's ALWAYS the response any sane posters get at RAWK - "Go an support them then."

It's so immature. If you're not gushing about Liverpool and Klopp whilst saying how awful Man Utd are at the same time, you simply won't last long on RAWK. It's an asylum where free speech isn't allowed.
Reminds me of Trump supporters.

Has anyone had a browse through their Chelsea pre-match thread? One of the most utterly baffling things I've read in a long time. Since they lost to Wolves at home they're now convinced they're going to "smash these plastics", win at least 3-0 and probably win the title as well, and anyone who suggests they might not gets showered with abuse and ridicule.

I just can't get my head around it, how did they arrive to this conclusion? It's genuinely bizarre :houllier:
