What is wrong with you? Piss off. I point out when he does good stuff and bad stuff.
Really? That's funny, because I'm struggling to find where you've praised him for his half dozen interceptions in this thread in this game so far. Have a look at the comments around yours and think about how fecking ridiculous it looks for you to only comment on this when he has done so much well in this half. You're a joke.

Have a look again and see if you find something in my post you just decided to quote the bad things in.... You are the joke here who tell people to piss off.

I'm not going to say anything positive about him as it will probably jinx him.

Oh feck off. Are you the only one who are allowed to edit things now? Seeing as you edited your post too. Stop acting.

 so after I call you out on it it doesn't matter any more. An afterthought to avoid being called out doesn't make it any better, fans like you are truly pathetic. I'm done with you, try and be an actual fan for the rest of the game and be happy when our players play well, whoever they are. OK?

You are the pathetic one here though. I have praised Blind, and the only thing I pointed out was the Traore chance and you defend him like a son. I'm done with you, try and not take everything so personal and stop call posters to piss off just because you don't like it.

Said it before smalling looked good in the past season because he was playing next to this guy. They both have their weaknesses but as a partnership they cancel each others out relatively well.

The best Ajax youth academy product on the show today.

Has to play, either in cb or holding midfield. Such a good player.

Traore is exactly the kind of player he would apparently struggle against as mentioned by posters here.

Both Smalling and Blind have put in their best centre back performances when playing together. Good understanding and complementary qualities between the two.

Very, very solid when keeping his concentration, he's slow but his position and intelligence makes for this trivial thing.

He's a great player to have in the squad.

He was good, even excellent tonight. But the whole team was fantastic in front of him and besides him. If he gets isolated, he looks shaky. And also due to his intercepting nature, he is prone to make mistakes. Tonight he did everything right, but thats not something we should expect every game.

He was exceptional today. Just knew perfectly how to deal with his former team.

The long ball worked today because his distribution from the back is brilliant. Dependable player and stays fit which can't be said of any of our other defenders.

I want to see him in midfield. Hes cool with the ball and pretty much a great utility player to have.

Never going to be the first name on the team sheet, but an out and out professional. Great football mind and does a job.

Well done, Daley!

He's an awesome player. I hope he stays here for a long, long time.

Whatever happens in the summer I hope andthink Jose will keep him. A good cover at CB and LB (even possibly DM in case of injury crisis). He doesn't cry in the media, he doesn't make a fuss and is playing well more often than not. People are just too harsh when he makes mistakes (because he makes them sometimes, just like any other). I love how he reads the game and intercepts balls.

I thought he was sensational. A little blip when he came into the 'next man up' scenario but he's taken the tide and pushed back. Proud of him.
